Grats everyone!

We are unlocking goals everyday! The weapon skin Backer Reward just got unlocked, and will include for all backers a Kickstarter only skin that will enhance the appearance of your weapons. 

It will include a subtle particle effect and emit a soft glow to the weapon.

Our next Backer goal, includes unique sets of armor costumes for Kickstarter backers only! Let's get that 9,500 backers!

The Naval Stretch goal is getting closer!!!

      Intrepid, I am so happy to have been one of the very first backers and I'm really emotionally excited for the project to progress. Steven has proven his devotion and the whole team feels so human.

      My friends denote the Kickstart process, but they all know how happy I am with you guys so far. I will patiently await anything in regards to Ashes and I'll support in any way I can. <3

      Please, when the final stretch goals are reached, use any excess funding to speed up production.

      Ok, it's time to save your money for skills and combat mechanics, don't you think so? You have 64 class to worry about their balance.
      If the combat is mediocre, all your efforts will be a waste for most players.
      Personally I'm hoping for fast action paced with the option to target allies and locate the area of supportive skills only.

      You have 3 years until launch.
      Make the world x4~x5 times bigger than BDO's, and leveling is difficult even in low levels but not boring(diverse and dynamic), so hardworking players(including life skillers/artisans) will have far different strengths(new skills, skill exp(or level- more %damage) and combo access).

      Make gears work differently according player's gear exp/habituation(not knowledge), Hard to level(Again, make it diverse, exp upon killing different types of enemies(including players), fighting in different environments, repairing .. etc) but limited and a lot more effective than with a player who only meets the gear's recommendation(class, level ...).

      Lastly, make monsters smart and not easy to predict, able to rush and jump(because why not? they're fighting to survive), with deep boss mechanics.

      Just reminding you, we will reach the naval stretch goal, but even if we weren't to there would be plenty of ship content, it just means there will be "more" content than planned. ^^

      Once naval content is unlocked I'm good. Everything else after is just icing.

      Will there be ship 'caravans' like land caravans for attacking / defending?

      Ocean trade routes between developed sea coast nodes?
