ArenaBots is a tactical combat game for 2 to 6 players. As a young bot pilot, you will face your opponents for glory. Control your bots, fight alongside them, hack the enemy bots, and be recognize as the best pilot.

In the future devastated world of Eden, life is harsh for what is left of mankind. A portion of it now lives in underground shelters ruled by an almighty A.I., but it's a boring life for many, especially the youth.
The most talented pilot students in robotics clandestinely gather around improvised arenas and compete to determine who's the best bot Pilot. Surrounded by a team of 6 bots, each pilot attempts to dominate the arena.
Once their teams composed through the draft cards, players set them up in the starting zones. Now let the fight begins!
If you achieve to be the last one standing, you win. Congratulation! But most commonly, you will win by scoring the highest amount of Arena points.
3 ways of scoring Arena points:
eliminate Bots or Pilots
take control of Terminals
preserve your team until the end of the game
You not only can try to preserve your team, but you also can attempt to expand it by hacking enemy Bots!
During your turn, you can perform 2 actions. This means you have to choose two times beetween moving, attacking or hacking with your pilot, or playing up to 2 Routine cards.
These cards are prerecorded programs that allow you to remotely control your Bots. There is three kinds of routine cards:
Deployment: move up to two Bots
Simple Routine: a bot can either move, attack or hack.
Pilot's special Routine: pilots have special programs they keep jealously out of sight. These powerful tricks distinguish skilled pilots from the common ones.
You choose routines you play from a starting hand of five, drawing two additional cards from you deck at the end of turn. Don't squander them! Cause routine cards can also be discarded to either reroll a die — dice are used to resolve hack and attack actions — or to prevent your pilot from being put offside!
Remotely control the bots, step in personally to take control of the terminals or disable the opponents bots, what will be the best tactic?

Christophe Catoire - Game designer
Like many, I started with role playing games at the end of the twentieth century, then I naturally played miniatures games such as Confrontation and board games also. I kept the habit of tinkering and experimenting with concepts and personal rules to improve the games I played. When Mohand showed me the first bots prototypes and offered me to develop a complete game, I was delighted to devote my work to this large-scale project. During all the years of ArenaBots' development, I was delighted to meet that many players and use their comments to improve and balance it. I hope you'll have a lot of fun playing and mastering it to become the champion of the Arena!

Having played all kind of games (cards, roles, figurines, board...), I have always enjoyed to change the rules to suit my tastes. The next step was to create my own games, a step quickly done.

Met at a convention, Aoulad quickly became our friend! As a big fan of his work and creations, the team immediately chose him for Escape's revival. He brought a great touch of freshness with his line that succeed in combining maturity and dynamism! Aoulad quickly joined us during the preparation of ArenaBots, accompanying us during the development.
Victor Aguilar - Sculptor
As talented 3D sculptor, Victor joins the team during the Burn-out Kickstarter. His professionalism and the undeniable quality of his work make of him an invaluable addition to the team!
Yohann - Production Manager
Sex appeal of the team, Yohann joined us for the first time for the Essen Spiel show in Germany and has not left us since. He quickly showed his skills as a prototype creator and is doing great work on the classic production on our monthly Eden releases. Of course, he wonderfully managed all the resin prototypes of the game and provided us all the feedback we needed for the final production.

I have been an enthusiast of boards and miniatures games since I was a kid. With a professional background of 10 years in Industry I decided to use this experience in the games edition. I would not choose an other project that the exciting game of Arena Bot. And to work on it, it is with enjoyment that I join the team of Happy Game Factory ! I'm fond of board games and usually when I'm not playing, I'm writing on the subject. My role here is to present the game, and make the world aware of ArenaBots. It would be sad to simply miss it, isn't it ?
With the accumulated experience on the various projects and to serve you as soon as possible and in the best conditions, the shipments will be done by Meeple logistic.
The goal of crowdfunding is to fund a project that would not exist without your support. So if we reach the amount needed for funding, the project will emerge because it will allow us to launch a first production of the game! You are therefore active in the finalization of this project that we have developed within our young company.
Depending on the success of the campaign, we will be able to develop more content through additional miniatures and game rules, which will be exclusive to this fundraising campaign (to thank you for participating), or which will allow to have new products and add even more depth to the complete game! Thus, we count on you to speak to your friends and family and allow this campaign to reach a lot of levels! You will be the first beneficiaries!
Participating in Crowdfunding is not similar to buying in a store where you immediately leave with the product you bought. Here you are actively involved in the creation of a new product and you participate totally in a great adventure but also a human one!
The environment of the board game is booming. In 3 years of existence, Happy Games Factory managed to find a place in this environment by developing board games, and more particularly, games with miniatures.
Indeed we are passionate about games and miniatures and we always liked this support that allows us a better immersion in the game: whether in our strategic choices or in our behavior, it will be always more difficult to sacrifice a token if we like it or if we have put a little part of us painting it carefully!
So the board game with miniatures is our passion but it has a setback, the cost. Indeed the investments on a board game with miniatures are much more important with for example the creation of very expensive molds. At the same time, it is sometimes difficult for a young company like ours to get a traditional financing. So we need you to help us cover the creation of the molds, the prints and the prints of the first copies that you will hold in your hands!
Risks and challenges
This is our fifth Kickstarter. All our our previous project have been delivered or are about to be. Escape should be delivered by the end of this campain and the latest Gnomes & Associates pledge elements will be delivered before Christmas.
Most of this project, including stretchgoals, have already been created and tested.
Our company already has a big experience in publishing and producing metal, plastic or resin miniatures.
We will build on all our relations to run this project.
The resin prototypes for all the miniatures proposed in this Kickstarter have already been made, or are being made at the moment.
We will thus be able to start the production for these elements within a short time frame.
Our experience with the many news waves of Eden is a good guarantee of our expertise. In order to ensure the deadlines are met.All miniatures will be produced in plastic, and all the sculpture are already done .
All production steps will be done in china with factory we already work and have perfect feedback .
