Risks and challenges
I've already successfully made the stencil-posters as prototypes in small quantities, and I have a lot of experience with using a laser cutter, so I'm confident that I can surmount the problems I may face in manufacturing. The main challenge for me is producing large quantities, something I haven't had the chance to do. My current methods are slow so I'll have to speed up the process to allow for efficient mass production. While I'm sure that I'll be able to produce these quicker in larger quantities, in the unlikely event that I can't I've planned so that I'd still be able to deliver using my current methods, albeit at an increased man-hour cost to myself. I've also done my homework regarding shipping these out since they must be shipped flat , and getting them into your hands shouldn't be a problem.
I'm going to have to set up infrastructure for mass production and also I face challenges in mailing these posters. My number one worry is running into additional unforeseen costs mailing the posters out, shipping posters without rolling them up is expensive, but I'm still confident that everything will go smoothly.
