Hello to our wonderful Backers,

We have a lot of news and pictures in today’s update. Let’s get started.

Zener Diodes and Other Components have arrived

Our Zener Diodes have arrived alongside a large shipment of other components. We now have hundreds of servo motors, sensors, resistors, diodes, capacitors, and LCD screens ready to be assembled.

Each Smartware needs to be attached to a Cubit Controller so it can be auto-recognized and you can start programming. So we needed thousands and thousands of connector cables.

Cases

All of our plastic Cubit Controller cases and AC switch cases have also arrived.

Boxes

Check out how Cubit is going to be arriving to your door.

Chromebook

Cubit Workshop has also been moving forward while we wait on the manufacturing to finish. We have gotten a lot of interest from schools for Cubit. Many schools primarily use Chromebook and with most Chromebooks having a built-in bluetooth module, it is a perfect match for Cubit.

Maker Faires and Robotics Clubs

We continue to test and refine the Cubit experience with Makers, Robotics Clubs, and Schools. Check out these amazing kids building incredible Cubit inventions at our local Mini-Maker Faire in Benicia and the BMLK Reaching Out with Robotics Club.

We’ll be doing more frequent updates as we get feedback from on manufacturing partners on progress or any delays on their end. Thanks again to all of you for making this possible! We are truly grateful.

Sincerely,
The Cubit Team
