PROMO SPOTLIGHTS: "The Two Page Spread" and "FANBOYPLANET.com"

With about 13 days left to go, STW is sitting at $21K as of this update, which is amazing in and of itself. The project surprassed its 300% mark of its original funding and both Alex and I are thrilled. Still, there's less than $4K left before the stretch goal for the artbook is made, which means that anyone who pledged a tier with a book will automatically receive a developer's artbook along with their hardcopy at no additional cost. Worth spreading the word around!!

That being said, STW has had some pretty great promotional spotlights, and I'm here to share:

Small delay with the page previews, but definitely incoming this week. The book is quickly taking clearer and clearer shape, and we'll have a finalised page count most likely by the end of this week, and I can say it'll definitely be more than 70 pages.

Thank you so so so much for your amazing support and enthusiasm. We hope to impress.

Amazing stuff!! Thank you so much! STW will now officially be printed in beautiful ~*~*hardcover*~*~

With still with just under three weeks left to go if we hit $25K anyone who ordered reward with a book will automatically receive a developer's artbook, which would be even more amazing.

To celebrate, Alex will be tweeting like a noir detective for a day.

I also drew a little thing with Vincent and Kitty in thanks.

Regarding questions of page count

We've been getting questions asking to page count and ratio of art vs prose. The reason the page count isn't mentioned is because it isn't finalised yet -- that won't be until near the end of March! -- but there's a rough estimate right now of ~70 pages. As for the content, it's heavy on prose however it will be densely illustrated, nearly an illustration per page. The goal is to have this book be (very literally) a graphic novel.

Hope this clarifies what to expect! We're also working on having page previews incoming early next week.

Thanks once again for all the support. It's very exciting to see the project be so close to being harcover and it's been half a week. Please keep on spreading the word!

$7K minimum breached! Project funded in under 24 hours!

Holy smokes! It's only been 20 hours.

With the minimum $7K breached it means that this project will be funded, and as of this post will be printed in soft cover. If the project makes it to $15K, we'll be able to invest in a beautiful hardcover print, so please keep spreading the word and keep funding!

Thank you so much, everyone! My day is only just starting and Alex only just got home from work, so I got nothing prepped to celebrate it with right now, but know from the bottom of our hearts we're grateful as anything!

Updates will be incoming as the book comes more and more together. Look forward to previews and more over the next month!
