A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:
Proof of Concept
Explorations that test ideas and functionality.
Demonstrates the functionality of the final product, but looks different.
Looks like the final product, but is not functional.
Appearance and function match the final product, but is made with different manufacturing methods.
Appearance, function, and manufacturing methods match the final product.
FEATURED EXCLUSIVELY ON:
Live Esq is a social technology company designed to identify and address societies most urgent social needs.
Recent technology has given the average citizen the ability to document events involving law enforcement that would have otherwise gone unacknowledged. The ability for incidents of brutality or unnecessary uses of force to be seen by the masses has finally raised a nationwide public awareness to issues that were once only known to certain segments of society. The undeniable wave of these events finally being documented has led to a starkly divided country when it comes to the issue of how law enforcement deals with the community and vice versa. Despite community and government’s best efforts, these unfortunate events continue to occur throughout the United States.
Communities across the country have been demanding a mandate that requires police to wear body cameras, unfortunately those with the ability to effect change have been unmoved by their outcry. As fellow citizens, we have been shocked by the inaction of our elected and unelected officials. The experience of witnessing our family, friends and neighbors face unnecessary hardship, as well as the growing number of tragedies, has motivated our team to develop a solution.
After months of contemplation, legal research and design, LiveEsq has developed a solution that will ensure safety and the protection of rights during any encounter with law enforcement. We at LiveEsq have created a FREE system that gives everyone the ability to access a local Attorney the moment they are pulled over.
Our proprietary app design allows users to instantly initiate a connection with our growing network of Attorneys. These Attorneys will monitor the encounter through the user’s Front-Facing Camera (FFC) ensuring that the user’s rights are preserved.
We protect our users through the application’s unique accountability mechanisms, which function as a real-time audit by documenting the officer’s implementation of applicable laws. The participating Attorney, and the subsequent legal analysis will help ensure proper procedure was followed.
One of the components we use to protect our user’s information is our Strict Event Documentation(SED) protocol. SED works by recording and streaming the events that take place as they occur. These events will be securely stored and protected on our Private Servers. In accordance with the SED protocol the data is transferred with encoded Time-Synch and Time-Stamp Methods, Randomized Data Validation & Reconciliation (RDVR), as well as simultaneously transferring the data captured to an offline server preventing unwanted actors from infiltrating the network.
For the last 6 months LiveEsq has grown our network of Attorneys to span from coast to coast. Only properly licensed Attorneys within the applicable State will have the opportunity to utilize The Traffic Stop App’s platform. LiveEsq has also designed a patent pending platform structure that will allow our application to be utilized in all 50 states.
We need YOU to help US help EACH OTHER.
With YOUR support, we have the unique opportunity to effect real change across our Great Nation. Our application will revolutionize law enforcement and citizen interactions for the better. The attorney network and system design is ready to go, and mobile application engineers are ready to proceed.
Through your donations you are directly forcing America’s law enforcement agencies to comply with your demands for fair and objective treatment! Your rights are not subject to any single officer’s disposition, rather your rights are inalienable and should be respected as our forefather’s intended.
No longer will the infringement of an individual’s liberty be swept under the rug. With the contributions of forward thinking individuals like you, we believe we can prevent the next tragedy against our citizens from occurring.
Risks and challenges
As many Tech and Legal entrepreneurs can relate, we plan for the worst, yet have the necessary plans in place to ensure the successful execution of our design. We have developed our network protocols and design in accordance with State and Federal Regulations and while we know our infrastructure will earn compliance, there is always the potential for opposition from Police and Political groups.
Our software development process is straight forward , we do not foresee any unexpected difficulties. We need to get out services out as quickly as possible, which is why we have set an aggressive launch schedule and as with any project, the possibility of delays can never be ruled out. We are confident that our Team, along with our partners and affiliates will be able to overcome any obstacle faced during and after development.
