Is that the right face on that vase?
Time to start making some vases!
We'd like to start off by saying a big THANK YOU to Chris at Fusion3 3D printers for providing such amazing customer support these last couple of weeks as we've been tweaking and perfecting our 3D model generation and printer settings. Our vases are now turning out just the way we'd envisioned, and we're ready to switch out our red prototype filament this weekend to begin full scale production in white.
But before we start printing, we need your help to confirm that we've got the right face on your vase. We won't start production until we've heard from you that everything looks ok.
The profiles pics that everyone has uploaded have been great! Thanks for taking the time to follow the guidelines and send in really clear profile photos that make the fahz-o-matic run smoothly. We've had a few people upload photos more than once per vase location, so Nick has added a super helpful feature to our website where after you've uploaded all of your photos, you can log back in to your fahz account and visually verify that the photos are in the correct location. Let us know on your account page if there's a problem, and we'll make sure to get it right. And if all looks correct, press the confirm button and you're next in line for a fahz! (ps: don't worry if the photos are facing the wrong way: the fahz-o-matic corrects that automatically).
For those of you with vases due to be delivered in May, you should be receiving an email shortly from Kickstarter requesting your shipping address. In this email, you'll see a place where you can select if your fahz will be a Mother's Day gift. While we're pretty confident that we can get everyone their vases sometime in May, we want to make sure that those have their heart set on surprising dear old mum with a fahz get their vases in time.
So take five minutes right now and let us know we're ready for takeoff. Here's that link one more time:
