TerrainCrate has left the building! Plus tips on fixing bent items...

Hi TerrainSpotters,

You'll be pleased to hear that all TerrainCrate pledges have been shipped. We've seen plenty of comments on social media about people receiving their Crates and are delighted to even see some being used in games straight away.

If you haven't received your TerrainCrate, please wait until August 9th before contacting customer support. Occasionally it can take up to 28 days for a package to arrive. After August 9th, please contact customer support here.

If you have received your TerrainCrate and are missing items or have damaged pieces, please contact Mantic support here.

HOW TO EASILY FIX BENT PIECES

Unfortunately during transport pieces - particularly items like the candle sticks or cart wheels - can become bent. However, it's extremely easy to fix these yourself, using some hot water. Here's how...

1. Get some freshly boiled water and pop it in a container

2. Carefully place the piece in question into the water and leave there for between 30 seconds and 1 minute. Leaving the piece in hot water for too long isn't a problem as the plastic won't melt. The larger the piece, the longer you have to leave it in the water

3. Normally while the piece is in the hot water, it'll often straighten itself out. If not, carefully remove the piece from the water using tweezers or a fork (so you don't get burnt) and then reshape it

4. Once it's back into position, quickly dip it into some very cold water. This will set the piece back into the correct shape

Of course, if your piece is warped beyond what the hot water treatment can fix, then please contact customer support.

I have the same question as Tyler Dax- except that all I got was plastic bags in the big boxes, no cardboard separators.

One question: Why does this guy has these nice plastic inserts to store the components while i as a KS-Backer only got that cheap cardboard-separators that doesn´t help to store the items once they are painted?

Aetherworks delivery speed on this in Australia was shocking, compared to normal -- two weeks of handling these, and I imagine because the project has 3K backers there aren't all that many in Australia. I got my shipping notification a couple hours before this update, if it weren't for Aetherworks' updates on Facebook that they were *still* processing them, I'd have thought something went wrong.

Another frustrated Canadian pledger, still in the dark. I don't even know who I'd be getting a shipping notification from. Mantic? BackerKit? The shipper itself?

I am especially frustrated because I hoped to have the product in hand (I bought one of _everything), before ordering any extra copies. But I've been hearing for the last week that you can already order the product, and that many sets have already sold out! Amazon is down to 1 to 3 copies, if any, and with Prime Shipping, every one of those new customer's orders will arrive before I get the ones I backed through the kickstarter.

I was very pleased with the contents of my crates but I did notice a couple of small bent items. Those instructions are really helpful and clear. Thanks on both accounts!

@Mantic Games What is happening with Canadian backers ? You claim that ALL terrain pledges have been shipped but we as Canadians have NOT received any e-mails or tracking regarding our pledge. Can you please get further info on our pledges and get the facts/ story straight.

Arrived for me in Adelaide Australia yesterday. And the boxes are big enough for not only the Terrain Crate but also to store the 3D printed dungeon pieces I have. Love it.
