      I'm loving that Enforcer mech image floating about just as it is! All it needs is a gun arm on the right as an option, and my dream of a Cerberus Atlas mech comes true. =o)

      Also, I really want to see some of the other battlezone sprue designs as I'm hovering on adding a chunky scenery pledge to my exitsting Strike pledge.

      The Judwan assassin looks great, although the size of the weapons must not be too big in the final sculpt, or it will look silly.

      Finally, I'd like to see more model support for the two newer factions (any chance of getting them both added to Strike team?). I really think that doing this would bring in a flood of new pledgers!

      If we are gonna get the mech in here at some point, as an addon or stretch goal or whatever, instead of replacing the hands with guns ed209 style... can it please have a giant rifle like the walkers in avatar?! Then we can have guns and hands

      Fantastic Merc, and a fantastic concept in general, adding mercenaries to factions. I love it.

      @Alex Cooper - I don't know if the ceremonial sword would be useable or not; it'd work with the lore either way, as if it's useless, it's effectively a trophy.

      Looking at the image again, I actually like both of the weapons he's carrying. I wouldn't have a problem with keeping to the image as it is for the final sculpt, just as long as the sculptor doesn't decide to make the weapons any bigger than they already are.

      True. But neither of those weapons look particularly human. Especially that gunblade thing. And that's good. The concept art is fantastic and gives me a real mass effect thane krios vibes. And thats only a good thing.

      Please mantic dont change anything about him when it comes to the sculpt. Not even the pose!

      @Alex Cooper; Given he was 'trained' by a human faction I would assume he'd be equipped with human weapons.

      I get where your coming from with the sword. But i have to disagree, that big gunblade thing on his forearm is awesome. Thats the sorta thing that makes mantic different to other companies. Not afraid to use new designs, not everything has to have a weapon that looks like a human sword. Yes I know he's got a stolen human sword but its ceremonial and I doubt in this case ceremonial means useable

      I've got to admit that Multi Player mode is one of the main things I'm looking forward to, be it single or multi mat.

      The main reason been my gaming group of friends (all casual gamers), so since the beginning I've been wanting to share this game and play it in 3-player or 4-player mode, and each side having a separate mission is definitely cool!

      Hm. Meant to say 'Producing a bolt-on weapon set for something that Mantic are intending to produce anyway'.

      . . .And all of a sudden it seems a lot more feasible.

      Although on the subject, the dreadball mech could fit right into the Rebs as a civil machine they've armed up. The plus here is that while an Enforcer machine would probably have to be a new tooling, producing the Reb machine would be a matter of making a bolt-on weapon set. Possibly with a couple of 'powerloader' hands or the like, depending on how the arms assemble.

      +1 For an Enforcer walker. Either a more angular retool of the mech we've already seen, or a walker-pod design (like a piloted Ed-209)

      Hmm - maybe ditch the bigger weapon and put the ceremonial blade in that hand? Kind of cool if he uses the sword of that slain Council Member as his weapon of choice now.

      Very well done, Mantic! Judwan didn't even register on my interest monitor, but Wrath is fantastic. Just be sure that his weapons aren't too large. He looks like the fast, lithe and lethal type, not a bruiser. So please keep his hand weapons exotic and deadly but light.

      Also very happy to see five different zombie designs.

      As for going big - just please don't save it all for last. Stuff like vehicles, the Plague Teraton, the Dreadball Mech, etc. are going to generate a lot of excitement, so announce them far enough in advance that people outside the campaign have enough time to find out about them.

      Also, once the big units hit, current pledgers will have real positive incentive to up their pledges and expand their boards and terrain.

      Ok its been mentioned before But mantic I feel it needs to be said again
      Can we please have a place preferably on the home page of this kickstarter where the stretch goals are easily reachable and straight away identifiable instead of us having to search throught the updates to see whats beening hinted at next.
      Why I'm saying this is
      1: On the home page we see Currently Funding "Title" and we have to click on it and it takes us to the update, good in one way but a picture and a blurb would be awesome. Nice, simple and in my face.
      2: To see the rest of the stretch goals where do I look, theres no sign saying scroll all the way down to the bottom. If we do what are we treated to a list of hyperlinks which unless your very excited by their tiltes are very boring and when we click on them we get sent to the update but sometimes only the upade where it got mentioned so theres no concept art of the what the stretch goal is unlocking we have to go to the next update to see it or to the update when it was unlocked - annoying.
      3: Where is the long list of stretch goals and their contents or hints of their contents laid out before us. As someone rightly posted we have seen the zombies 7 times now and the cypher talon and brokkr once. Zombies alone just wont cut it, we all see theres a rise in interest and in pledges when we get to see them and the teraton and then the judwan.
      What I would like to see is the stretch goals much further up the home page visable right near the top with pics or atleast silhouettes and brief description. It would also help if they showed much further into the distance, atleast showing the next 100k eg we're at 620k now, I would like to see stretch goals up as far as 720k.

      Wrath - rather good backstory, rather nice sculpt.
      Surely the Council of Seven is now the Council of Six? :)
      I adore the ideas of all the possible solo, 2-player and multi-player per side variations - it makes the most of the possibilities of the terrain, mats, minis and our imagination.
      To paraphrase a well-known Mantic mantra - The Dreadball Mech - get it involved!

      In regards to that last paragraph, are you saying that deadzone will be able to support more than 2 players in one game?

      That model will look awesome. It feels that it will work well with the marauders which nothing else has so far. Ive been on a downer the past few days as the zombies arnt really doing anything for me but this model perks me up again :)

      First of all thanks for another great update.
      That "going big" part sound interesting and I'd like to learn more about the connection to the "faction starter boosters" mentioned a few updates ago (more details).
      But actually I have to admit that after reading the game modes post on Quirkworthy I am even more interested in the solo game rules because that is something you rarely find which means it would be a big unique selling point for this game. So I really hope we hear more about that soon.

      Background for Wrath is excellent, he looks to be an incredible bad ass! He's got to have rules that bar him from being hired by the Enforcers though.

      Wow, absolutely loving the background fluff for Wrath- not what I expected from the first Judwan in Deadzone but I like it!
      The concept art feels a little off though somehow- I think it's the pose and the large weapon on his left wrist I'm not really keen on.
      Still, I'm loving the update and keep up the good work!

      @Alej Thats exactly what I am initially going for, I may expand at a later date but 2x4 seems reasonable initially.

      Great character, but I am really waiting for more info on the "BIG" stuff....

      Mantic, I see you're now in the mega-far-apart stretch goals, can I request a different update structure then? It feels a bit like a treadmill, as we see so far out and stuff drops off the "fund list" so slow...

      I mean, we've seen the zombie graphic 10 times in the last 7 updates...

      Now's a great time to focus on pacing and how that can generate excitement & suspense!

      Wrath is truly amazing and i love his Sith like design, but the ceremonian dagger shouldn't look like a Katana or anything related to our medieval culture, rather something very futuristic but ornamented that will work perfect for 1vs1 duels.

      If they do walkers, enforcers may well get the mech, although some kind of walker may have cross-compatibility with corporation marine striders (sound alot like gw sentinels, but hey, those are preeety close to the star wars walkers).

      I think vehicles on a 2x4+ board may be neat, here's hoping we get the funding !

      Will the zombies be as the concept suggests 2 military, 2 scientists 1 civilian? or more combinations will be available from the sprue?

      Vehicles you say....? May I be so bold as to suggest a walker for the enforcers, a more industrial walker for the rebs, other 'large' plagued models (terratons) for the plague and wait for it.... goblins riding quad bikes for the marauders (or dirt bikes)....go on Mantic, I dare you to do goblin quad bikers!

      What about making a pledge level for a 4x4 area with scenery and minatures. Make it more enticing than stricker or Assault level pledges.

      Like the Judwan. Now where is the Mechs?
