This project will only be funded if it reaches its goal by Mon, April 22 2019 7:00 PM UTC +00:00.
The aim of this project is to fund a second print run of our custom designed hardback notebooks for gamers. The notebooks will be A5 size (148.5mm x 210mm) with wiro-binding, thick recycled card covers, and 50 sheets of custom printed paper.
The sheets in the notebooks will be litho-printed on quality 120gsm stock in grey (Pantone Cool Grey 5) on both sides. One side will have a 6mm grid, and the other side will have lines for notes. This makes them an ideal tool for writing game notes and ideas wherever you may be. The notebooks would also make perfect campaign diaries, in which players can collate maps and other essential notes as a game progresses.
The previous project for these notebooks ran in 2015 and the extra stock ran out over a year ago. The new notebooks will be almost identical. They will have 50 sheets instead of 60, but the paper is being upgraded to 120gsm from 100gsm. That makes them the same weight as the originals, but with higher quality, thicker pages. Istill have some stock of the smaller A6 versions here: https://squarehex.myshopify.com/collections/square-hex-pads/products/a6-gamers-notebook
There are no planned stretch goals for this project as I want to keep things simple and get rewards out to backers as quickly as possible.
I can ship these anywhere in the world, but please be aware that posting them overseas is expensive. If you are outside the UK and are interested in backing at the 10 or 20 notebook levels please send me a message and I'll get an exact shipping quote. If you then decide to back at that level I'll send a Paypal invoice for the postage at the end of the project.
To give you an idea the cost of sending 10 notebooks to the USA will be around £20 and for 20 notebooks around £30. In Europe 10 notebooks to Germany will be around £14 and 20 notebooks will be around £18.
I also have plans for a hex version of this notebook which I intend to launch as a project as soon as I have posted the rewards for this one.
Risks and challenges
This is a very straightforward project. I'm using the same printer that I've used before and as it's a reprint of an existing product, I know exactly what the finished item will be like. I expect to start mailing rewards the day after the project funds hit my account and to have everything sent within two weeks.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
