As another note to the prior reply earlier.. I did an rpi-update and dist-upgrade which pushed the firmware of my raspi zero to 4.9.30+. In doing so I lost network as stated prior, however this time, I was unable to do a Make on the RTL drivers.
It was complaining that the \lib\modules\4.9.30+\build path was non existant, which was correct, and nothing I could do or update would get the kernel source again as explained in the newer post on the ReferenceDesigner website doing the apt-get install linux-headers-4.9.0.
It seems they (RP Foundation?) was lacking the remaining source so I found others have had similar issues and recommending using the 'rpi-source' method which downloaded the entire kernel source, including the modules, and either placed it or symlinked it properly.
Read up on the RPI-SOURCE wiki here. Took awhile to get the near 150mb file but once done and installed; I'm happily recompiling the RTL drivers again. If issues come up, I'll post but if they work I'll leave this as another reminder to others with newer firmware. Again, as of this posting it was updated to 4.9.30+
@Jason Tunis yes and that is to be expected. If the kernel or modules change on the valid distro you may have to rebuild the drivers for the Wifi and BT on the HubWiPi Blue. Please reference this link which I did today after upgrading my distribution as you have done. Upon reboot I had both Wifi and BT back. *Note* there are other articles on the site for the 4.X kernel mods needed to be done but anytime it revisions too far ahead, until there are built in drivers from RPI; you'll have to do this. Link=http://referencedesigner.com/blog/updating-raspbian-to-make-hubpiwi-work/5375/
Anyone else encoutering issues after "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y"? Before reboot i show the interfaces, after reboot they are no longer there. only interface 'lo'.
I posted a message about the my device didn't work with any of my zeroes, you reply how to tested again, and let me tell you it doesn't work. I was traveling for work after that, but now I'm back and tested again and the same lack of response. The pins are good and making good contact with the zero, but not responses from the USB or the board.
It usually ships next day. You should be seeing a tracking number in your paypal against the purchase in a day. If you do not see the tracking number contact here on message or on the paypal address.
I just ordered 4 more from your blog site. Paypal says your accepted the payment but I haven't seen anything from your site saying the product is being processed. How can I check to ensure my order today is being fullfiled? B Monroe
Hi!
I haven't received my HubPiWi blue yet. Got an email January 14 that said 2-3 weeks, well it has been more like 8 weeks now. Will it get shipped at all?

Hi, I have not received my board, I filled in the survey when requested.
Could you let me know what is being done about it, thanks.
Simon Mousey Smith on July 27
one of my pogo pins have snapped off, not quite sure how as its very fragile!
any way of fixing this or getting a replacement unit?
Vikas Shukla 9-time creator on June 7, 2017
@Julio Andujar,
Is the USB port in the device working - it will indicate that the pogo pins are making contacts. I assume that you updated the software.
Please contact me on private message if you want to replacement.
