      Hi ,
      I bought 2 units of yeelight ambience light from kickstarter.
      Recently one of them is not working. I put up for charging for 8hrs and it did not work. I use a USB meter to check the charging to this unit, seems there is no charging as the meter shows 5V and 0 amp.
      So with that , it’s seems that the battery is dead.
      Below is the information of this faulty unit.
      SN: YL017/00005261
      MFD: 11/2017

      How do I get a new replacement unit from you since it should be under warranty as It’s less than 6months.

      One of my 4 lights have stopped working. It shows up as offline on the Yeelight app and you cannot turn the light on manually either.
      However the power LED would still come on when you plug in to charge. I have also tried resetting the unit so I am disappointed this have stopped working already.

      Hi, yes, I have updated the FW right after it got delivered. But in the last Android app update the candle flickering effect is no longer present anyway... Pretty sad I have to say. The light is fine but the flickering would make it significantly better...

      The ambience lights all link together on bluetooth and work as they should as far as that goes and I really like it - but I am having a problem. I got the first two lights to link to my phone in the Yeelight app a few weeks ago when they arrived. By the time the second two arrived separately, I could not get any of the four lights to link with the app (iOS). Is anyone else having this problem?

      Only yesterday I went I've get my reward. I like it, nice materials, nice light, nice interface app.
      I guess they've kept for them :) I had to run and spend two hours between 2 post offices and custom to get it. It was hard but now I'm happy.

      @Yeelight Technology, one of the two lamps I received no longer dims. When I turn the top part, it stays off - then suddenly goes on. Could you please contact me about this issue? I shot a short video demonstrating the issue. Hopefully this is something I can fix at home.

      I received the candlelights just before Xmas, they are beautiful and work perfectly. I was not aware that in wi-fi mode you can control one and the lights change also in the coupled candlelight. Amazing!

      Hi, received my double pack few days ago, managed to pair them and connect to the app, also there added both to a newly created group. But the group doesn't react to any of the preset schemes. I can only adjust the brightness via the slider but clicking any of the icons brings no effect. Would like to run the candle flickering but as said no effect. Where can the problem be? Thanks!

      I've been talking to someone and I'm not sure whether they've actually contacted the post office over there or not by post office shows originally it was an order like hey I'm going to send you something and it never got sent so it was cancelled I want the items I backed in Kickstarter and I would like them before their next campaign someone at yeelight needs to contact the post office and find out where the issue is and fix it looking forward to my Kickstarter items and also my free gift which is just an added bonus if I get anything at all I'm beginning to doubt the anyway these checking into this

      I left my tracking number on here several times because somebody from yeelight will look it up and tell me what the story is I really want the two I ordered plus the free gift as soon as possible

      It’s not right. Seems many people got tracking numbers which are nonsense. Mine has shown that the items are in Belgium, for a month already. But the items were produced in China and I am in Hong Kong. It just doesn’t make any sense.

      I'm hoping yeelifht will make good on this fiascos...... My package...if its still a package hasn't moved since DEC 7th. I was wanting them for Xmas....and that fell thru.....then new years.....I doesn't take a month to clear customs. I ordered lights....not drugs

      So far Candela does not support Alexa or google though we plan to support them in the future.

      I ordered 4, they arrived in two packages. One held 3, the other 1. You might want to check your tracking numbers via the update to see if there are more than one package coming your way before you get too upset.

      The number not valid for the german post office company DPD.
      I changed my shipping address in November last year and Yeelight confirmed it.

      Arrived after christmas to Estonia. I like them. But needs some firmware improvments. Like in candle flicker mode needs to be more subtle. The range is too large in my opinion. And if possible then choose how brightness range it is in candle mode. One negative things are plastic seams on the "glass" part. Would be super if it were clean or real glass.
      And can new Yeelight Bedside lamp control Candels?

      Ok received my two lights, great quality but concerned that there are not compatible with Alexa and google Home in the uk? No devices are discovered? Also why effect does the server option have within the Yeelight app?

      We definitely sent your candela, but the tracking information is always delayed and the Christmas has a huge affect on the delivery. If possible, please contact local post office with the tracking number.

      Just received my Candela today. I really like the look and feel of it and it works really good.
      But the aluminum-tube with the holes is not straight, it’s tilted to the right if you look at it from the front.
      Is there a way to open or disassemble the glass or Candela for fixing this problem?

      Just received the product, working fine.
      but 2 out of 4 of my candela are covered with moderate amount of dust and small hair inside the glass which makes me feel disappointed about the manufacturing process. How can I fix that?

      Thanks for sharing your opinion with us and we will forward it to our engineers. It is unlikely Candela will have same effect as Philips imageo as the basic light structure is different. Anyway, we will develop and release more functions on Candela in the future.
