Hi Jamie, understood, appreciate your assistance....

Sorry John, I'm trying. Orion are the ones with the account, so they have to submit the support request to Netgalley. With the weekend here - nothing will happen until Monday now. Sorry about that :(

Jamie, just wondering if you've been able to sort anything out?

Jamie, it's worth just mentioning that if there isn't going to be an ePub release, I'm sort of stuck. I don't have a tablet to read it on ( I don't fancy reading it on my phone ), and the PC / Mac Kindle app isn't supported ( https://netgalley.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/138340-can-i-use-kindle-for-pc-mac-to-read-titles-from-ne - and there doesn't appear to be a way to download the .mobi file so I could convert it ).

That'd be much appreciated, Jamie, thank you....

I don't know John. I'll ask Orion who are handling the ebook distribution - it's not a service I'm familiar with, but was deemed to be the safest, simplest way of distributing the book to our backers.

Jamies, already read that; it mentions protected PDF's ( acsm files, needing Adobe Reader ) and Kindle, no mention of ePub or iBooks, only the Kindle app.

Instructions for downloading for all different types of devices are on the NetGalley website here: https://netgalley.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/52909-which-devices-can-i-read-my-netgalley-titles-on

      :)

Jamie, there doesn't appear to be a way to download an ePub from NetGallery. Is only Kindle going to be supported?
