Introducing Mr. Nitegore, a former toy maker who holds the souls of his victims inside his toys. After a tragic accident occurred, he and four children, Dollia, Smiley, Lucy, and Funzo, bring fear to anyone who opens their toy box. Unfortunately, the toy box has made it's way into your home. Thankfully, you'll have Teddy Bear to guide you. Teddy Bear had to deal with Mr. Nitegore and his other toys before, and he wants to help stop them. It's up to you to save your mother and escape. You don't want to be a part of his toy collection.
Experience a new thrill of horror as you face your childhood fears. A killer has returned. An evil has awakened. Now they want to play with you. What happened to the children? Who killed them? Turn on the lights and hide under the covers. I hope you're not still afraid of the boogeyman. The game takes place a few years after your father's death. You're given a toy box he left and everything seems normal until the darkness shows to have entered your home. You and teddy bear have to protect your mother and leave the house before it's too late. Try not to meet Dahlia the Doll, Funzo the Clown, Lucy the Puppet, Smiley the Cat, and Mr. Nitegore. Inspired by the best selling games "Five Nights At Freddy's" and "Among The Sleep," we bring you a new meaning of fear. You can't stop them. All you can do is use your flashlight and hide under your blanket. Can you make it out alive?
Smiley is known for his big smile and eagerness to meet everyone. Since he's so excited to make new friends, he'll be faster than the other toys. Hearing his footsteps helps to know when he's nearby. He's just dying to meet you.
Funzo loves to give surprises. You better watch your back. He only comes to you when you're not looking. You can hear his laughs from a distance.
Dollia has a pretty face to die for. You can hear her talk once in a while. Ignoring her too much might upset her. Just be ready to listen for her whispers when she's close.
Lucy can be very shy. She tends to hide near the furniture. Since she's quiet, you'll have to watch out for her. When no one is looking, that's when she'll try to introduce herself. She's a good hider and can be difficult to find.
Why we need your help:
We have spent nearly a year developing this game but have run out of funds to complete it in a time-frame where we will all still be using Computers for games instead of some new Intel Quantum Reality Device. This is where you all come in - help us move this project forward, become part of the team, and reap the rewards only our backers will reap. Let’s make something special together!
Art is at the front of the list and its importance is at the forefront of our minds. Without well crafted 3D models, scenery, and props what would be left? I can tell you it wouldn’t be much of a game for sure!
Cost Breakdown: We have plans for creating 4 additional evil characters. The Evil clown cost us just a little over $1,600 to model, rig, texture, and animate so our price projections are based on those figures. We also wish to add depth to the game with story telling and as such, we hope to raise enough funds to include a loving mother figure to help convey the story. Risks and challenges
Come on, can you guys really pull this off?
As with all game production endeavors, there is a certain degree of risk associated with bringing a game to the masses. “Can we meet our quality standards and stay in budget? Is the concept fun, exciting, and scary? How long will we have to wait to get Greenlit on Steam? What about VR?” – These are all questions we have asked ourselves and seriously considered. We are passionate about Mr. Nitegore, the Horror genre, and getting this done however, and our entire team feels that we really can offer our fans an absolutely thrilling experience, on time, and within budget all the while bringing it to the platforms you all love.
What if your development computers all blow up – how will I play Mr. Nitegore then???
In the event that all of our development computers succumb to the frightening and tragic ends of being blown to bits from processing too much terror – well then we will just buy some newer, less chicken development computers and feed them the backup adrenalin-inducing projects stored safe and sound on our cloud-based backup servers. No worries guys, no computer glitch in this world will prevent us from bringing Bedtime to you all.
OK, OK…. Go on….
Our team is committed to bringing Mr. Nitegore to the masses. We won’t let you down!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
