About this project
Jazz Bridge is a Philadelphia-based group that produces five Neighborhood Concerts Series every season from October through May featuring the Philadelphia region's finest jazz and blues artists performing mostly original music at five venues: the Collingswood Community Center in NJ, and in PA - the Cheltenham Center for the Arts, the Unitarian Church in Media, the Kennett Flash in Kennett Square, and the Arch Street Friends Meeting in historic Old Philly - all nonprofit venues. We keep our ticket prices low so audiences of all economic groups can attend and noted jazz videographer Jason Fifield films almost every concert to upload to our nonprofit You Tube site, which promotes Philadelphia's unique jazz sound. Our Neighborhood Concerts provide performance opportunities to our local artists to showcase their new works in a supportive atmosphere and pays all the musicians on stage a living wage. Together, every season, over 160 musicians make over $18,000, which helps the music community pay its bills.
This year we're featuring bands led by:

In return for your support of our campaign, you will receive tickets (which will be held for you at the door) to any of our concerts this coming season, a season pass (a great gift!), or you can sponsor an entire series and get your name out there big time!
Don't miss this opportunity to buy some tickets or sponsor a series to help pay the venue rentals to keep this project going. With all the cutbacks in arts funding for the schools, our neighborhood concerts serve as a way for families to see live music near their homes. Our concerts also provide original, improvisational music at low cost for seniors as well. Help us reach our goal to keep providing the best jazz in the Greater Philadelphia Metro area!
