My goal is to create gourmet, gluten-free ice cream sandwiches! Just because some of us can't have wheat, doesn't mean we don't deserve delicious eats!
As a chef, food blogger and avid home cook, food is my life. I thought my life was over when I had to give up wheat. Luckily, as gluten intolerance and Celiac have become more widely diagnosed and publicized, great gluten-free alternatives have popped up right and left.
I've made it my mission to find the very best gluten free products available. When I tried Glow Gluten Free cookies, they blew my mind. In short, they were perfect.
I am prone to playing with my food so I couldn't just leave well enough alone. I started making gourmet ice cream flavors from scratch (some are even DAIRY FREE, too) to pair with the cookies making unique and delicious ice cream sandwiches.

I am convinced that there are plenty of people out there like me, people who can't eat wheat but who still love good food. We deserve it! I want to bring my gluten-free ice cream sandwiches, made with Glow gluten free cookies and handmade, all natural ice cream to you! I need some help getting the word out there and raising start up funds.
The funds I raise will go towards a freezer, a faster, more efficient ice cream maker, dedicated gluten-free equipment, packaging, renting commercial kitchen space and necessary costs to cover Farmer's Market set up, getting a website together and setting up shipping capabilities.
