My goal is to create gourmet, gluten-free ice cream sandwiches! Just because some of us can't eat wheat doesn't mean we don't deserve deliciousness.

Hey Jordan, it's too late to donate through Kickstarter but I plan to have the awesome shirts for sale on the Chill Baby website when it's up which should be in the next few weeks!

Callie - how the hell did I miss out on this this fundraising opportunity?! Is it too late now to still donate some money and get a rad t-shirt?!

If you make these sugar free as well as gluten free they would be perfect for Gastric Bypass patients.

mm the coconut based dairy-free ice creams taste the best imo. It's hard to find the more unique flavors like pumpkin, green tea at the grocery store in dairy free. Pumpkin ice cream and gingersnap mm! Green Tea ice cream and chocolate sounds good too :P You can also try converting some of your existing recipes to dairy free by replacing cream with coconut milk maybe?
