About this project

LIT connects schools, students, and businesses, and eliminates the limitations of current plastic student IDs by providing a mobile app solution that reduces significant cost for universities and students. LIT also provides data-integrated value added services to universities, students, and businesses with more effectiveness and efficiency than any other ID solution on the market today.

The Need: Capabilities for students, Universities and Communities. Millennials, Universities, and companies have been searching for an effective platform to communicate directly to students. Students have their current Student ID Card, that lets them access services around campus and as a means for identification. The high cost, the inconvenience of having another plastic card in your pocket. It provides “ZERO VALUE” to students and universities.

Our solution: Millennials and The Technology Era. In this modern era, college students have found their sidekick in technology. Their smartphone has become “THE” device that contains their personal information but more important a tool to access services such as payment services, interact with their colleagues, and many more. LIT brings that experience by introducing LIT’s Digital Student ID that provides access to services around campus. A platform that will enhance mobile interaction for students, universities and communities.

*These current funds will allow us to develop the wire-frame needed for our SaaS and mobile app that will be offered to students and universities. As well will allow us to keep furthering our discussions with investors.

Market: LIT will impact the higher ed market by providing a digital platform that will allow students to enable their smartphones, so it becomes their virtual ID cards.  Their is 5.3K Colleges and Universities nationwide with 22MM Students. Our technology will allow us to expand our identification services to markets such as private/public entities(ID Badges), Apartment Complexes (FOB Cards).

This allows us to implement our platform at Utah Valley University (the largest university in Utah), and will enable LIT to its first revenue stream and furthering development with focus in expansion.
