INTERNATIONAL BACKERS - We DO ship internationally using USPS. Please note that international shipping may take a slightly longer time due to customs.
All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes and clearing fees which you (the consumer) are responsible for paying. All Kickstarter rewards will be declared as 'gifts'. Please be aware that most countries will assess duties/taxes and in certain countries the carrier will pre-pay the duties and taxes and will bill you upon delivery. If delivery is refused, your package will be considered abandoned. Once abandoned, we may not ship another package to you or issue a refund.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - We reserve the right to deny any requested refunds. We want you to be satisfied with your reward. If the product you receive is defective, you may exchange it for a different item. For exchanges, you’ll send the defective product back to us at your own expense and then we pay for shipping the new product back to you.

Risques et défis
We have worked extremely hard to get this product ready for our Kickstarter launch, full-scale manufacturing and fulfillment, but here are some things that could be a risk:
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Designing and molding the product can be a little bit challenging because we must ensure that all of our products are safe to use in any situation. We have finalized all base models so we don't expect this to be an issue.
MANUFACTURING: Creating the molds to manufacture a product like this size can be expensive and requires knowledge from an expert to get it right every time. There is typically a 15-20 day lead time to create the design and molds for our products. We have minimized that time by working with amazing manufacturing partners that are reputable and offer the Highest quality product.
DESIGN ADJUSTMENTS: As your Moji Candle or Moji Soap gets ready for production, we will likely need to make some minor adjustments to improve the final product. Prototypes were made to test and refine the product and that allowed us to incorporate personal adjustments and those suggested by our experienced manufacturing partners. We will let you know the exact changes that might be made and also why they would be made.
We will be working with manufacturers who have decades of experience delivering amazing products in enormous quantities. There's no doubt that there will be surprises along the road, but anything we run into will be overcome by combining our personal and expert knowledge, with a goal of making the best possible product for you.
