About this project
Passion, determination, and old fashioned good luck are what it takes to make a living off a wild frontier. Outlaws and settlers, good and evil, guilty or innocent, all face the same danger at the prospect, and take the risk in hope of the possibilities. The true story of a family that faced the ultimate dangers of that risk, and the man who gave them another chance, has been the source of inspiration for this film.
We're big fans of Utah, the West, it's villains and it's heroes. The man known as Butch Cassidy, notoriously armed with a big heart as well as a gun, traveled the frontier in search of his own fortune. It was his famed generosity though, that matched every bit of his reputation as an outlaw. He chased down the wealthy, but never forgot the poor. He was a man who had his own unique sense of justice, and didn't hesitate to do what he thought he should.
There are many reasons we're making this film. We're ambitious in our work, passionate about film, and in love with the old frontier. Most of all though, we're telling this story because its about doing good, and how powerful a little doing good can be.
We've armed ourselves with the skills and desire to make this film, and like everyone else who tackles the frontier, we need some good luck too. We hope that you can be as excited about this film as we are, and would like to help us in seeing it completed. With a production schedule set to put us on the path towards film festivals and all manner of great opportunities, we hope that you will contribute to this project, and join us in the making of a film that we'll all enjoy, and can make a difference with. Thank you.
