Hey, I have an unused Multiplo Robot Building Kit for sale - 200 $ including shipping to Europe. US and other countries may be a little more and this would add up to the 200 $.

Just write here or contact me if your are interested.

@Mahesh: Thanks for your question about your order. We typically ship within 2 days. Your order was shipped same day, but I am not sure how long does it take Fedex to deliver to India. Please inquire us by email for tracking numbers, we didn't automatize that part yet.

@other backers: remember to input your coupon code when you purchase at !! If you don´t it´s difficult whom to add the Kickstarter goodies.

I got a message on April 14 stating my kit was being shipped. To date, I have not been able to get any tracking information from the intmail site. Your message states that I should start getting concerned about the shipment after seven weeks, so here we are. What would be the next step in getting this resolved?

Package arrived yesterday with Robot Building Kit. Box is a bit beatup on the outside and punctured. I will not be able to open until this evening to male sure everything is OK. Just wanted to send a note to let you know another one has arrived at it's destination. -- Glenn

@ZpeedTube: one mechanical kit weights 3.2kg and there is an invoice inside of the box. Write us a PM if you need extra help.

I have problem! I need to know what the weight is to get my 'Robot Mechanics Kit' imported and can't find the exact weight anywhere... =/

Thanks for all the hard work so far and good luck in the future as well :)

Hi Jim, we are working on the new documentation (and new website). Activities with sensors are really important, and we understand that. We will be also publishing online parts lists. Thanks for your patience.

Received my kit. Thanks for the hard work in putting this together. I'm definitely missing many kinds of connector pieces based on what I've seen so far in the assembly guides. I haven't made it through all of the docs yet, but I'm not sure what all of the sensors are or how to use them.

Hi I have received my kit too, and am overall very pleased. However like Stephen below, I think I may be missing some components (eg tires for the unassembled wheels, possibly some gripper pieces).

I'm looking forward to seeing the parts list also, so I can double-check what should be in my kit.

    26. Multiplo LLC 2-time creator on April 23, 2013

Hi James, your kit was sent on March 16. I'm sending the tracking number by PM. Please be patient, post service may take still some time. Thanks again!

      Hi Julian

This is James in Canada, I still don't have my kit :(

    28. Multiplo LLC 2-time creator on April 17, 2013

Hi Stephen, we are working on a new complete web site, and one of the features will be a nice part lits. Regarding the wheels, you should have received 4 tires, with 2 assembled wheels and 2 disassembled. Please PM to us regarding this.

I just received my Building Kit. One thing I've been looking to find is a parts list. For example, the KS documentation said 4 wheels. I found 2 assembled wheels with tires. Looking around I found what appears to be the parts to assemble another 2 wheels, but no tires to go on them. Most of the feature parts of the Building kit appear to be included but how to tell?

Hi Low Coong Leng, I have sent the tracking by PM. Now that Rudy is finishing the shipments, he will try to send all the tracking numbers. But it will take some time, since our email service limits us the amount of emails per day, to prevent spam-like actions.
      Thanks again!

HI, Do you have the tracking no or detail. As you mention, my was send out on March 20th, by China Post also, but I have not received it yet.

at the moment I have a second Multiplo Robot Building Kit I don't need - a friend did send me this one and it's completely unused and in excellent condition. He ordered it month ago and at the moment he's moving to another city and has no time to spend with this great robot building kit. I already have a Robot Building Kit and don't need a second one at the moment.

He doesn't want any extra money for this one, just the original price + shipping. Would prefer to send it to Europe (that's where I am ;) ) because sending it overseas is expensive and not that easy as it seems. If you are willing to take that higher costs we'll send it anywhere ;)

Just contact me if you are interested.

      Regards, Rob

Got it, thanks! Unfortunately it says mine has been waiting for "transit airline space" since the 15th. Hopefully that's normal slowness.

      Mine is finally here...

A quick summary: backed the Robot Building Kit at the 8th of October. It was sent on January 22nd. It arrived at the German customs on the 21st of March and was processed until the 26th. Got the notification yesterday that I have to fetch it at the German customs.

Picked it up some minutes ago: seems the German customs opened it (not only the outer cardbox, the inner box was also opened and re-taped, and resealed it completely). I had to pay importation VAT (19%) and (!) ~4,5% duty rate. A total of ~47 €. That's quite much! :(

The only good thing is, my Multiplo is finally here (after 9 weeks!!!) and it seems the box is not broken. Now I'll check the contents. Is there a complete part list anywhere?

      Hi guys,

Not chasing, but just wanted to follow up in case it was lost in the mail. I noticed the recent update said all Monster Kits have been shipped. Was this recent or a while back? I'm a Monster Kit backer but haven't received anything yet.

    50. Multiplo LLC 2-time creator on March 17, 2013

@Acacio: Thanks for your suggestion. Not necessarily we need to find other supplier but we have problems of packaging and handling the shipments. And we didn't know about the " Order Fulfillment " service before. We tried to do everything by ourselves, using a courier service. Then our packages were charged by " dimensional weight " and we added bigger boxes to avoid them to arrive cracked and... well, you know the rest: we ended with a wrong ETA.

Should we have known before, things could have been better. These weeks we talked with three logistic companies that promised to give us flexible rates because of successful Kickstarter. They all seemed to be very serious and we should have gone with them, but it required assembling pallets with products, shipping by sea in shared container and then signing a bond with them in order to import the cargo. This is what stop us from going further, because it will end in several months of delay instead of weeks.

That for sure will be the way to go if we eventually place other Kickstarter project or start to be more aggressive with sales online. Again, thanks for all your support and kind comments.
