One day, talking with my friends about develop a videogame together. They concluded that you can not do it without adequate education and no money, but I said yes, that with the help of the Internet is possible to do it and for free.

I started gathering information on the Internet, to know how to create a video game myself, and a month later, I did an assessment of all the things I had learned. And I came to a conclusion, create a video game without money and with the help of the Internet, is a really big task.

And I've done it, I created a pixel art videogame, with influences of Stardew Vallet, Terraria, Minecraft, and The Binding of Isaac.

Risks and challenges

In these two years, Captured King has been created and is ready to go on sale. This reduces the risk that this project can not take it out.

This Kickstarter will help me to do the versions for Mac/Linux, and together with the Windows version (which is already complete), publish them on Steam, and translate them to other lenguages.
