@Stephanie Butters, one update per month. no picture. no video. Just their words. No refund obviously. Very disappointing.
So many people complaining!!! They gave us an update a few weeks back, yes it was brief but it explained what the hold up was. They have only run the due date by a few months, some projects on here have been 18 months late !!! I’d rather wait longer for a great product than get something that’s rubbish.
Me too but i bet the chance of getting refund is extremely slim.

Give us some update good or bad.
If problems come up, creators are expected to post a Project Update (which is emailed to all backers) explaining the situation. Sharing the story, speed bumps and all, is crucial. Most backers support projects because they want to see something happen and they'd like to be a part of it. Creators who are honest and transparent will usually find backers to be understanding.
Tome for another update please guys, and then frequent updates explaining what;s going on after that. The current situation is unacceptable.
I hope this isn’t another Gravity Blanket Situation. Kickstarter is really going downhill with how they manage the products they promote. Patience is needed for all, but not if the creator is just going to go MIA.

I'm a little disappointing in the delay in getting surveys out, let alone shipping.. but I know it will be worth the wait when the product is finally dispatched.
What is really disappointing and very annoying is the lack of communication. Last update I read said that updates would be 'very soon'. That was 2 months ago..

Since the device focuses on UV protection and digital screen protection is there a way that you be able to link it to platforms such as Xbox live or PlayStation online using Bluetooth
While I'm a bit disappointed in the delay, I do appreciate the work towards improving the product and I can handle waiting an extra month or two at this point. I know the importance of a good first impression, and how that can make or break a venture. That said, improvements can be made infinitely so there needs to be a point where Version 1.0 is released, with expectations that a future version will improve on it. So while Version 1.0 does have to be good, it doesn't need to be perfect because perfection doesn't exist. Apple hasn't made a perfect iPhone yet in 10+ years... but most of them are good enough for the time. ;) Thanks, guys!
@Frank and @Trisch: we do not want to give you a product that you dont enjoy. We were ready to ship when we had our last prototype as it was much better from the other ones in the market. But we are ambituios and we wanted to make it event better based on all the reviews. We are aiming to ship it end of May or in June. Sorry for the delay, but it is worth yo get a much better product.

Prototypes by end of April, that means shipment will begin much later. Let's be practical, shipping can only commence in June/July.

You may not like spam but spam is different than waiting on a survey for a product that you helped fund and were told would ship in April (April 16th today). Communication is healthy not spam...with that said...what is going on? We backed this project in good faith, treat your backers with respect and communicate. Thanks
We're now half way through April and there has been no survey and so you clearly won't be able to deliver in April. I trust you but may I suggest that to keep backers happy you try to commit to monthly updates from this point and make sure that you keep us up-to-date on the projected delivery date? The last thing we want is for you to rush delivery, but it would be good to know what's going on.

@ Gulz thank you for your feedback, we do consider variety of feedbacks to make sure that we deliver the best possible product for you guys not just because we respect our clients but becuse its a product that we want us and our family and friend to use. I personally don't like spam maybe it's my fault to not sent many messages. Our full attention is going to make sure that we deliver the best product fast. I personally appologise if anyone feel upset because of our actions. I am greatfull for your support and all your feedbacks it helped a lot to make the product better.
