It is Hong Kong, a City.
It is City Breeze, a Folding Fan.
『One City One Fan』
That’s the idea that we want to express to all of you.
Someone may ask “What is your favorite city in the world?” Paris, London, and New York used to be one of the answers. But for us, we always say, Hong Kong.
Hong Kong, a city located in Southeast Asia between Mainland China and the South China Sea. It is Asia's world city. It's alive with excitement and energy, it's filled with culture and beauty and it’s an international financial hub…..You may or may not have heard of it, but you should know Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee who come from this lovely city.
Hong Kong has around 1,302 skyscrapers. That is 583 more than New York City, which make Hong Kong to become one of the best skylines on earth.
We keep thinking what thing can represent a city and what is the symbol of the city? The people? The food? The economic? Finally, our finding is the Architecture, the building, the skyscrapers.
Architecture is an expression of values.
Architecture is a means of communication. It can communicate memory as well as values and a sense of city.
Architecture is a connection with the past, present and future. Cities are full of memorials and other buildings that aim to remind people about certain events.
