A tiny space houses a high-performance, large-capacity lithium battery pack features a UL2272-standard complete with an aluminum casing. It functions with better heat emission, flame-retardant capabilities, and extra protection.
There's no wire inside the Pi, yes, no wires, that’s able to reduce the risk of a shortcut and easy to assemble or replace the battery. Pi is truly designed for the future of wireless. Working together, the Pi has a 0% fire risk.

Pi is precision-engineered at the microscopic level built for the elements. With the perfectly sealed unibody frame that has an IP55 rating to protect against water, splashes, and dust.
Unibody Aluminum Alloy Frame
Pi features a unibody design that is entirely disparate from the traditional modular approach. This one-piece frame is made of aluminum alloy, stronger and more durable than ever.

A.I. APP for Hoverboard

Risks and challenges
We are really excited about launching the revolutionary hoverboard with unibody and aluminum casing battery, and we’re proud that we have our own manufacturing line to make sure the mass production is in control, and glad to tell you that the molds of Pi are ready. However, we know that the most important part of our process is that we fulfill our promise to you, and deliver your hoverboards on time!
1)For the shipping
As Pi’s gross weight is 22LBS (10.6KG) and the Li-ion Battery is 36V 4.3Ah, some countries’ custom has a strict regulation over the hoverboard with battery. Please note that shipping to any country outside North America may be delayed or canceled depending on the feasibility of local product approval requirements or local import regulations. In a case of cancellation, we will refund your pledge. There may be additional duties, fees or taxes raised by the authorities in your country. You may need to take care of them yourself when receiving the shipment.
2)For the UL 2272 Certification
As Pi’s aluminum casing battery is totally different from the traditional hoverboard’s battery, although we’ve designed the battery to meet the UL2272 standard and we are in the process to be certified, this will take some time to get approved. We’re absolutely confident that Pi will get the certification, and we’ll keep you updated.
