About this project
EZ by EG is a line of comfortable, convertible pieces that’s made for today’s woman. In this day and age a woman needs to be prepared for anything at all times. The weather changes, plans shift, things come up… it happens. Our mission is to provide ingenuity by design, because life’s hard, fashion shouldn’t be… it should be EZ.
Why so much? I know, it scared us too. Production, on a large scale is expensive. The money is going towards fabric, trim, labor, hang tags, labels, shipping and all those other little cost that really add up. We want to produce a quality garment in the US. And that's priceless.
We are currently sourcing fabric vendors and factories. The patterns haven been made, the garments have been fit, the first samples have been sewn, hence all the nifty pictures of our lovely model Emma below. We plan to go across the country to get our garments into boutiques as well as start an online store, so everyone can get a chance to wear it EZ.
Check out the video's below for an instructional video and the ad for the collection.
Look 1- The Tube with The Tank/Bag. The Tube can be worn as a skirt, top or scarf; the subtle seams along the sides are to emphasize the contours of your body. In this look the Tube is worn as a top and bottom. The Tank/Bag is just as the name suggest, it’s a tank that can also be used as a bag. In this look the Tank/Bag is used as the latter.
Look 2- The Tank/Bag with The Tube. In this look the Tank/Bag is worn as a top and the bag pocket now acts as drape. Since the Front and Back are the same the drape can be worn on either side. The Tube is worn as a skirt and you can see how the seams suggest a pelvic bone.
Look 3- The Tube with The Short/Skirt. The Short/Skirt are shorts that have snaps in the crotch so it can convert into a crop top. Because we’re just awesome like that.
Look 4- The Short/Skirt with The Tube. See, told you, the Shorts are worn here as a top, and the snaps act as a trim along the neckline.
Look 5- The Dress/Shirt. This maxi dress has a relaxed fit that curves along the body, and the razorback and raised front give it a sporty feel.
Look 6-The Dress/Shirt with The Tube. Here you can see the Dress/Shirt as a top, the slits on the sides act as armholes, and the flair in the back now becomes a cowl.
Look 7- The Wrap with the Tube. This basic wrap skirt is a staple in any women’s closet. But don’t let its simplicity fool you. Its versatility is only limited by one’s imagination
Look 9-The Wrap as a halter dress with ties crossing in the back and tying in front.
Look 10- The Wrap as a halter dress, wear it belted to emphasize the waist.
Look 11- The Wrap as a vest with The Tube’s worn as Top and Bottom.
Look 12- The Wrap as a Cape with the Tube’s worn as Top and Bottom.
Due to shipping cost we ask that international backers included an additional shipping fee. We're not asking for all the shipping just a wee bit of it:
$20/$45/$75 pledge- add an additional $5
$120/$150 pledge- add an additional $10
$250/$500/$1000 pledge- add an additional $15
It's hard to consider these rewards, since we would be offering up our garments below what the retail price would be. Consider this a deal. But thats just how much we believe in this. It's a great product, and we know you'll think so too.
For the postcards, we will use images from our editorial shoot, some of which are not on our website. We will post some options on our Facebook page, choose your favorite and the 5 with the most Like's will be picked!
For the Graphic Tote or Tee, these would be the designs we are offering
For the custom prints, we will send some options and tailor the print to your taste, we would love to have a consultation with you on the garment and print.
Have a question? If the info above doesn't help, you can ask the project creator directly.
