We need your help to make our tap room a reality in Baltimore!
Diamondback Brewing continues to grow, and we have decided to lay down our roots in Locust Point. Our brand new production facility will also feature a unique 1,800 square foot tasting room. This space will blend the existing historic features of the building with modern upgrades to create a one of a kind drinking experience. Our goal is to open the tap room in September 2016.
The new facility will be located within the McHenry Row development in Locust Point, Baltimore.

The old smoke tower will be the center-piece of the new tasting room. We will construct a circular bar around the tower to seat 10-12 patrons. Tap-lines will flow directly out of the tower.
The tasting room will overlook the entire production facility to provide an unparalleled view of the brewing process.
100% of funds will be used for build-out of the tasting room, and acquiring the equipment and furnishings to make this goal a reality. Purchases will include:
- Custom circular bar
- Lighting fixtures
- Tables & stools
- Draft equipment

Diamondback Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by three longtime friends and Baltimore natives. Since the beginning, we have strived to bring quality drinkable beer to the local market. Currently we offer two year-round brews (3:30 Amber Ale & Omar's OPA), as well as a selection of rotating seasonals (Oktoberfest, The Bamb Black IPA, and Citranova). As we grow and expand our facility we will look to brew new and exciting beers that stay true to our mantra.
Risks and challenges
We have powered through issues and challenges throughout our first few years of business.
We have anticipated and prepared for all of the obstacles still to come in our new facility:
The tasting room will allow us to hire additional staff members and increase community involvement with the brewery.
We have structured a very detailed build-out schedule and feel confident on hitting our deadlines for construction.
The initial funding will allow us to begin construction and provide a truly unique experience to all of our customers. Any surplus funds will go towards tasting room upgrades including additional tap lines and upgraded furnishings.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
