The moment you have been waiting for is upon us!
We are gearing up to begin shipping!
Shipping is about to commence… With a little delay and a lot of apologies on our side, we are about to begin the arduous task of getting all our KickStarter backers their Perception Neuron kits. (Woohoo!!)
So let me tell you a little about how this will all proceed.
- First, when will shipping start? Everything will start between the 3rd and 4th week of April. Sorry we cannot be more exact, but every single package coming off the factory line in Shenzhen is being tested by Tristan and his team. Then they are sorted into their configurations and packed. Next, we box them and take them to our shipping agent. These are then ground transported to Hong Kong where they are sorted and handed over to the Hong Kong Post for delivery to your destination using the international postal system.

How long will it take? The Post Mail part will take between 7-16* days depending on the destination.
*This does not include transit from our factory to Hong Kong via our shipping agent or delays with customs clearance in some countries which could add a few more days. - Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us.
- Is my package insured against loss or damage during shipping? Yes.
- What if I do not receive my package? You will need to check the status of your package online using your tracking number and/or contact your local postal delivery service.
- What about customs and duties? Customs and duties are your responsibility as you are importing goods into your country. You will have to deal with your local authorities in case your package gets detained or import fees are levied for bringing in goods. These are laws in your country that you must abide by and we cannot help you in any way.
- I have CHANGED ADDRESS since the survey!Contact us immediately via KickStarter messaging. This is the only way we can accept address changes. You must do that as soon as possible.
- I want to know WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY PACKAGE! We wish we had a crystal ball but we do not. The only means you will have to know when your package will arrive is when you get your tracking number.
- In what order will orders be shipped? Early birds first, then SuperVR backers with the earliest of the regular backers and finally, orders for the rest of the backers will be fulfilled.
OK. That is it for now! Anyone who requested something special for their shipping - do not worry! Our trusty shipping coordinator is super diligent and has everything in a spreadsheet. He will not forget.

Please remember to
- put a correct commercial invoice OUTSIDE on the package
- put my EORI number (official European Import/Export identification) on the invoice
This will prevent the shipment from being hold up by customs *AND* it will make sure that it will not get returned due to missing technical documentation, proof of certification and other "*tation" stuff. This (returnation of technical equipment that did not carry the needed import documentation) has happened to many "hobby" importers, so PLEASE remember to do like I asked you to by email.

@ Andrew - Armikrog Army: absolute mandatory for countries inside EU. otherwhise backers have to visit customs Office tp provide an official invoice showing the real paid value... otherwhise it will get "estimated" (mostlyfar higher value) or even worser it will automatically be resendet to Sender!!!

Yes, please provide commercial invoice with values exactly as in kickstrarter campaign so customs could match it with bank receipt in case they have questions.

Total invoice value and currency of payment. Basically what you charge us on kickstarter.

I hope you guys know that you have to include a Commercial invoice on the outside of the package, if you are exporting to the EU. This will prevent a holdback and investigation of the package at customs clearings.
