@Andreas. Tristan answered the question about why they chose POGO pins in the main comments area in his last full comment (3 days ago at the time of posting)
Quick answer to the questions
@Stephen Chiun - IAAPA was AWESOME!!!
@Branden Gonzalez - They said they were 11 days behind mass manufacturing but they were trying to make up for those days
@Andres - Pogo pins? Can't answer that one, but there must be a good reason.
@Andrew - No Aluminum does not, and remember Neurons do not have Wifi only the Hub does. The Hub is ABS I think... It has to be... I think. Only magnetic metals affect IMU.
Darn, I didn't get to go to IAPAA this year. Great update though!
Looks awesome! My oculus rift can't wait to get some arms.
Exciting news! Love the new design, and aluminum definitely makes it feel more professional! Any idea if there will be an impact on when backers should be expecting their Neurons?
Cool! Aluminum housing, it's just fantastic news.
And my greetings to Tristan.
Why did you choose to go for pogo pins? They're very expensive, and you're going to need a lot of those.
Great update guys.
Wont metal case interfere Wifi sygnals?
