How to describe the project we run....
It started as a space to promote female voices in tabletop podcasting, and expanded the mandate to a wider scope of inclusive gaming on all fronts. Our intent is to build a welcoming community and have a place for underrepresented voices in the gaming community to be better heard (and have some fun gaming while doing it).
We release several products, some weekly, some bi-weekly and some monthly. Most are actual play campaigns for the time being, with more in the works by way of homebrew discussions, various game system trials and reviews, and our "Behind the Dice" series which has our regular cast members discussing their experiences as players, DMs and some of the conversations that have come up around the table.
What we're looking to do is add new shows to our banner, but most importantly, to boost the quality of the shows we're currently running. This includes new recording equipment, hosting services, and someone to comb over previous episodes and edit for sound consistency so you can share the content you love with more people and not have to disclaim "Listen, the first few episodes are rough sounding, but I swear it gets better and you'll fall in love with all the characters because of how great they all are." We'd hate for you to have to say all of that each time you tell someone about what we're up to.
Stretch goals will also help us create some incredible merchandise that goes beyond the normal array of buttons, shirts and prints. We've got some super cool stuff in the works, and our rewards section offers some ace previews of what's coming down the pipeline.
First priority is always the recordings, though. They're why we exist, and we want to ensure they're the best they can be. So help us out so we can help your ears out and continue our adventures! Please!

Risks and challenges
When it comes to our rewards, we each have our areas of expertise in getting orders fulfilled and sent out. Our foreseeable concern with physical content might be fulfillment in shipping, however, we are already planning contingencies and will be in contact with our backers every step of the way.
Some of the obstacles we hit are the leash melting when Keltie hangs our one mic from the light fixture in order to record our episodes. Other things include building a merchandise base so that our fans can look as cool as we think we are, and ensuring we can attend conventions and get out to meet our fans without bankrupting ourselves and ending up living on the street. We love you all, but we also love shelter.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
