The full version of Proton Pulse is now available - All proceeds funding Vanguard V
much like its name suggests, is an open sourced Head Mounted Display made from cardboard with a design so simple that anyone can make one or get one online. I spend most of my time developing for a variety of VR platforms and I was surprised how effective the Google Cardboard is at delivering an immersive experience. Simply slide in your phone and you're good to go!
My commitment to Vanguard V is stronger than ever and today I am happy to announce that the
full version of Proton Pulse is now available
for the first time ever on any VR platform on Google Cardboard. This is the full experience with 50+ levels, 5 bosses, and a kicking soundtrack. All revenue from Proton Pulse is going towards funding Vanguard V's development too. You can grab it in the Google Play store at a discounted price that will last for the rest of December!
The soundtrack for Proton Pulse is now available as well. This features music from Jake Kaufman [Virt], Dan Behrens [Danimal Cannon], and myself [Rave-TZ]. Jake Kaufman also composed the music in the Vanguard V demo. The soundtrack is pay-what-you-want and all proceeds go towards Vanguard V development and the composers. You can check it out here.
I've also made serious advancements to the Google Cardboard version of Vanguard V. It runs faster, looks better, and runs on more devices than ever. Its free so go check it out.
