Sushi masterclass and starter pack
Strictly speaking we're offering #NoSushi Japanese in the restaurant, but it seems a little churlish to shun the posterboy of Japanese cuisine. Koj teaches sushi as part of his Japanese syllabus at cookery schools around the country. This masterclass with Koj and "Sushi Al" (former private sushi chef to The Prodigy) includes the basics of preparing sushi rice, then making different types of sushi.
