HELLO 2 is designed together with our community to address some of the most annoying video and audio communication issues we face today.
With significantly improved hardware and software, the second generation HELLO 2 transforms any TV into the world’s most powerful communication device for video conferencing, digital whiteboarding, wireless screen sharing, Alexa and Google Voice Assistant, TV streaming, gaming, live broadcasting, camera feed with motion and voice detection + infrared night vision, and more.
The HELLO Solaborate Messenger platform has been in the making for more than 6 years. With tight integration across our devices and mobile/PC platforms, we aim to make collaboration seamless. HELLO Messenger can be easily accessed via your Android, iOS, Web and Desktop Clients.
HELLO 2 will also support the best video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Google Hangouts Meet, Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, BlueJeans, Polycom RealPresence, Fuze, Unify, and more.

The Making of HELLO 2
Having learned a lot from the HELLO 1 experience and your feedback, making HELLO 2 in a sense was much easier. However we’ve spent much more work on ensuring that our passion for beautiful hardware and software is translated into a reliable and manufacturable device.
Hardware and software quality testing, reliability testing and manufacturing setup have been our go to words all along this project and we feel proud and ready to share our work and love with you.

To assure you have the best possible experience, you have the option to control the device through its hardware air mouse remote control that comes with it inside the box, or through the remote app for both Android and iOS. Just pick your favorite!

Risks and challenges
Risks are very low as we’ve done this before and learned so much with you in our first and very successful Kickstarter campaign for HELLO I. We delivered 100% of HELLO devices and have offered and continue to offer 24/7 support to all our backers. Having learned from our prior experience we started work on HELLO 2 early on and made sure we passed all the development stages and we are ready for mass production.
This time we are counting on a bigger team which has grown from 47 people to over 80 during the past year.
We’ve been working very hard to address all your feedback and innovate on top of it. We’ve poured all our effort to bring this device to life, and we’re confident that all our backers will love our HELLO products as much as we do.
As with any product designed for mass production, manufacturing HELLO 2, HELLO Touch TV, HELLO Creator Edition, HELLO Button, and HELLO Controller requires injection molding, equipment setup, and certifications that will demand additional costs and development time. Your pledges will help getting around some of these costs. As a ticket of appreciation and early-on help, when it’s most needed, we’ll ensure that you as a HELLO backer, not only will receive the product(s) you pledge in a timely manner, but also have access to lifetime use of all the features we offer.
Our development team has already started working on delivering all new HELLO products, and unless confronted with an issue beyond human control, we will deliver the products to you with the highest possible quality.
