Interactive experiment - Try it out and tell us what you think!

The navigation of some of the levels of the game is through sound, and so we have been trying little Unity experiments to get the feel right.

We really like this one so far, and we wanted to share it with you. Follow this link:

to get a peak of our nordic wood, just move your mouse around.

Let us know what you think!

I like the style, and how things light up as you move the cursor around. However, I feel the cursor could be simplified somewhat. What about a simple glowing ball or something?

That is beautiful, well done! =)

I like the cursor, but I also think it will make more (or less?) sense in the context of the game.

Not sure why, I kept hoping/expecting that when I passed those fireflies, they would give out light too.

It looks absolutely beautiful :) I quite like the cursor, too.

I like the eeriness of the scene which is then punctuated by the blue streaks and golden halo.
Not sure the design of the cursor quite fits in though - it reminds me of the dinosaur that my wife has for her cursor on her work laptop...

      Very nice, love the ambiance.

Although this particular sample is not using sound yet, it came from the idea of navigating with sound, so when you hear something in some area of the screen, you click on that area to light it up.

Cool! :-) Don't see how relates to your mention of sound, though.. ?
