About this project
Bread Beaker is a company looking to change the bread industry as we know it.
Our Mission: To infuse all natural flavors into bread that breaks tradition and serenades taste buds for an unforgettable eating experience.
Our Bread Beaker Buns will be the initial product offering and we will expand into other bread categories in the near future.

As stated in the video the two initial flavors are Chipotle and Bourbon Brown Sugar. Both of these buns are packed with tons of flavor and will pair with almost anything spanning from breakfast to dinner. Some great examples of possible pairings include:

Over the past few months we have been experimenting with some new flavors! At the end of the kickstarter campaign you will be able to vote on which flavor we will offer next!
With the successful funding of this kickstarter we will offer many more flavors at a grocery store near you!
We have negotiated an agreement to share space with a commercial kitchen in the Boston area allowing us to bake our bread using their facility until we find a permanent location! This will allow us to deliver your rewards in a timely manner today and allow you to order current and future flavors from our online store when we’ve settled into our own kitchen.

Risks and challenges
Based on extensive research and discussions with other industry professionals, the challenge that would most likely cause delays would be delays in FDA approval of product labels and packaging. There are no other risks that we haven't already tackled. Once approved Bread Beaker buns will be in production, shipped to our backers, and eventually in supermarkets across the United States!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
As of right now they are not gluten free, but we will offer gluten free flavors in the near future.
