NEW! Kickstarter special! I have had many ask for larger size Arcs, and I am happy to say that they are now included with your standard size pledge! These large Pivoting Arcs range from 20-30mm in diameter and come in two interlocking pieces! You can count a larger size as a standard size for cost, but as a fair warning, the larger piece might count as two for shipping (weight), but I will minimize costs as best I can when I have your final order. As long as most of your sizes are standard, shipping should be fine as is. How these large pieces interlock, and where they connect and why, will be featured in upcoming photos and videos. So if you have been waiting for a different pledge option for larger sizes, instead just increase the total number you need! Thank you!
A Huge shout out to Ben, a Mantic Pathfinder who has been in discussion since the beginning when he came across my Kickstarter. Check out his well done blog about the Precision Pivoting Arc:

Here is the link to Michael's blog/review, read, enjoy, share. Thank you! http://blog.untilsomebodylosesaneye.net/2017/08/when-its-all-about-precison.html
Please select the (updated) version of a pledge option, if applicable. thank you!
1. The Precision Pivoting Arc does not come with trays, miniatures, or rulers.
2. Any amount of arcs greater than 10, add $6 per Arc, and keep in mind shipping, any questions please ask.
3. I am using my original rough, wooden prototype for the images of this project, however, the professionally finished products will feature jet black acrylic Arcs with laser engraved lettering and non-skid rubber mounts. An artist rendering is below:

Why use a Precision Pivoting Arc?
I designed the Precision Pivoting Arcs to eliminate a major source of argument in tabletop gaming when turning and moving unit trays. The pivot mechanic with unit trays has the player rotate the tray using the very center of the tray as it's center of rotation (with games such as Warhammer Fantasy, Kings of War, the upcoming Song of Ice and Fire, and even uniquely modified or individually crafted games). The problem that can arise, and one that can cause a lot of frustration even among friends, is that there is usually no guide to rotate precisely. Also, there can be a problem when planning out a move and then wanting to change your mind, and needing to put the tray back exactly where it was at the start. I knew this could be a real issue, especially during organized play, and needed a good yet low-cost solution. I have been working with concepts and designs for a while and I am very pleased to offer you a tool that will greatly enhance your tabletop game play experience!
The Precision Pivoting Arc is designed specifically for each unit tray to ensure a perfect rotation, as long as two corners of the tray are touching the Arc. This gives you the flexibility of placing the Arc anywhere around your unit tray, avoiding possible incursion into other nearby units or terrain.
There is normally a miniature in the center of the tray, but for the purposes of showing the precise movement we have removed the miniature and cut a hole in the unit tray. Notice the dot on the yellow playing surface is visible in each of the following images.
The previous images are using a wooden prototype I developed for this demonstration. Again, the final product will be laser-cut acrylic, with laser engraving and non-skid rubber mounts. The Precision Pivoting Arcs are designed to cause minimal intrusion due to the thin yet strong design. With this tool, accurately pivoting a unit tray around its center is no longer an issue.
What else can the Arc do besides help with pivoting?
The Arc can help map out an entire planned move without even touching your tray of units. A simple single move, multiple moves, and more complicated moves around obstacles are all possible while not moving your unit tray, allowing you to visualize exactly what position you will be in. With a little practice your moves will be quick and accurate! Please see our video!
Standard Size: Height: 6 mm. Width: 9 mm. Diameter up to 20 cm. Most movement trays will fit within this diameter (for example, all of "A Song of Ice and Fire: TMG" tray sizes and all but 2 of "Kings of War" tray sizes). Each Arc will be laser cut to your exact needs. Larger interlocking options coming soon for single or banded trays over 20 cm.
