Change of freight forwarder
After internal discussions, we have decided to change freight forwarder. The previous freight forwarder was not able to solve the lithium battery issue in a convenient and cost effective manner and we felt obligated to act before causing any additional delays for you guys. We are genuinely sorry for this and had hoped for a quicker and better solution.
On a more positive note, we have managed to move all units to the depo of the new freight forwarder during the last days. We have been promised that all shipments (without any exceptions) will be sent out in batches from the end of next week, whereafter an individualized tracking number will be provided to each of you.
