A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:

The goal amount will able to pay partially for the cost of the engineers, designers, website hosting, app services, and the server. While the current goal will only cover about half the cost, we will able to deliver the app soon after the Kickstarter campaign is completed.

Risks and challenges
As we all know, every project comes with its unique risks and challenges. It is important to our team to be open and forthright about what these risks are, and how we’re prepared to overcome these challenges by setting proper expectations and communicating anything that could cause delays or changes in our production plan.
Shout Around will be facing a high volume of mobile notifications, which could cause some technical difficulties at first before we can find the right scaling method. However, the Shout Around team engineers have experience with this type of technology and will able to overcome those challenges if they do arise.
