I went to reinstall this and it's no longer in the android market. Can I get a new download link?

Hi Joe, Anyone who wants an iOS copy with one of the newer devices please send me a message through Kickstarter and I'll reply with a download code. I am currently looking at new technologies to rebuild the app, this will allow iOS users on other devices to be able to have a chance to use it.

I should have said - any update on how we get those coupons? I have the newer iOS devices, so I would be willing to be your BETA tester...

Chance, any update on how we get our iOS copies? Is there a URL where I can download the software? I see you lost some of the code, let me know what you have available.

      Hi Daniel, Everyone,

I received notice a couple days ago that the app is live on the iOS store, but I am holding off on offering the coupons because the version that is live has a fairly bad bug in it that prevents people with older generation devices from using the app. (iPad, 3GS, and 4) I am diligently trying to fix this bug and was planning to officially announce this once it is solved, but since you asked I have the info dump early ;)

That said, I am prepared to give out the promo codes to any iOS users who have the newer devices (4S / iPad 2+) and those who have the older devices who understand that they will have a metric ton of slowdown when using the app before the update.

I apologize for this bug, I realize alot of you have been waiting for some time, it was an unexpected problem in the version of one of the plugins I was using that did not show up in profiling because it is hardware specific to the older devices. (I only found out about it from complaints the day it went live)

I will be posting an official announcement update about the iOS release for anyone who doesn't see this comment as soon as I have solved the issue and have a new version ready for release.

Hi Daniel, I'll be posting an update later today. I've been scrambling to get the data we lost re-entered and pulling in favors from my friends to do so.

We just got all of the character classes re-entered so I will push out a version as soon as the bare essential items have been put back in.

I'll be posting a PC, Mac, and Android version for beta testing very very soon.

      Hi Paul,

I hope this tool works on those tablets of yours. I'll need help from people like you (tablet owners) in making sure that I have compatibility across the gamut of devices. I cannot afford to buy and test on everything out there!

That said, this "should" be compatible out of the box, as it is really rather simple and doesnt do anything to graphically complex (Graphics chips are the most varied pieces of hardware in android devices) so as long as it works on each type of common processor it should work on everything.

Hello Chance. What a great project. I've been digging into doing something like this for Android tablets. I'm a huge fan of pen-and-paper games. These types of tools reduce the amount of clutter and confusion you tend to amass. Good luck and I hope you get fully funded.

Hi Kyle. I am already looking into including a character importer for another character generator, I'll add this one to the possible import formats. Character sheet imports may have to be a later release than version 1.0, because I think I will be doing them as part of the cloud based content sharing upgrade I have planned, which I have planned for the first update after release.

A real nice-to-have feature to me would be the ability to import characters created using PCGen. I have no clue as to the feasibility of that though.

Thanks Brian! I was hoping other gamers would get a kick out of it.

This is a sweet project. I dug in my car and found 5 dollars in change. It is now yours.
