@Pradeep: In Grandeur we have white dial silver case and white dial black case. On Kickstarter, we do not have a black dial silver case in Grandeur but we have the same in Minimo.

@Wade: BackerClub members would receive one Leather strap. Please let me know if you have any trouble in this regard. Cordura strap is a premium material which comes at a higher cost
@Christopher: Correct, the NFC Payment and Access Card technology is inside the strap and not in the watch. It would be embedded inside the strap. Also, we are already working with our manufacturer to bring out Muse Pay in the Milanese strap.
@Rafael: The watch you saw was a design concept in the initial stages, we later refined them and created the new 17 designs which you can find in our collection.
@Nindya: Yes, currently we have White Silver dial with Rose gold 18mm lug case. Yes, we won't be able to have customisable straps for each watch due to logistics limitations. Also our 17 designs have been fixed long back and can not be changed now. Sorry about that. However, you can buy an extra additional strap at Kickstarter price on the survey. Thank you.

Further do we have an option of blue silver with silver dial in 22 MM as it is in 18 MM.
BTW the one metal bracelet you have in add ons is not milanese strap I guess its regular metal bracelet
I dont use belt, so i would like to have default watch with milanese loop and do you have blue colour cordura strap available by any chance. Then I would like to add the blue colour cordura as additional strap.

Hi, I see there is only one opt for the white strap. I thought that I'll be able to have my own custumized watch. If not, can you at least add another white strap style. I'd love to have white-gold dial with gold/rose-gold case and white strap
I’m looking at the survey and I’m not able to see the design with the blue face and gold casing, as it was advertised in the Instagram page
So the leather strap has the NFC payment technology in it and it's not actually the watch.
So nothing but the leather can have it. Is that correct?
@Wade I don't see how I can change strap color... On 2nd tab I can buy only additional straps, not replacing brown leather on the picture of my selected face-case combo to black leather
@Peter Varga, @Guarav: It looks like you can select both the case/dial colour and strap colour separately, but the picture of the case/dial doesn't change to reflect your strap colour choice. It seems like you should be able to customize case/dial and strap combinations without adding an extra strap.
I would generalize the question of @Gaurav: is there no way to select a strap different from the pictures (not additional one, simply different color of the same category)
@muse: There was also an additional perk for BackerClub members that was a free strap. I was hoping to use this perk to get a Cordura strap, but I see the price for the Cordura version is more than any of the other straps - even the NFS enabled leather. Why is the Cordura so expensive? What straps are options for the BackerClub perk? Thanks!

@Peter: nfc is only enabled in leather strap. Milanese strap does not support NFC.
Hi, I can see only 9 models for the muse Grandeur in which we couldn't see the total white dial silver case, white dial black case, a black dial silver case which you advertised in the campaign. I don't want any silver with other color combination..please review this in the survey
Can you please confirm that the milanese strap is musepay enabled? If not I would not waste money on it
I remember from one of your updates, that as a reward for people buying two watches, there will be an extra strap given in...was wondering when and how we can do that, I checked the survey, it says nothing about a free strap, also, it talks about adding extra accessories but at an extra cost, please help.

I can understand that. But I have all my fitness wearbales connected to Google fit that I can track all my fitness data on one place. I hope. You can consider to integrate it in the future. I think it would be a great addition to your app.

Thanks for your answers. In your FAQ PayPal is listed as an loading option. Just so you know...
1. How to lock my virtual card in case I lose my watch? (App, online, call, ...)
A. You can turn off your NFC device from your app at any time. In case of loss of the device, you can deactivate the card completely via the option in the app.
2. I do not need any pin or signature to pay, no matter how much? If yes then, do stores even accept “high” payments without anything?
A. For lower transaction amount you would not be needing a pin but for a higher amount, you would be. This would be based on the country you have Musepay registered in.
Different countries have different transaction limits that can be paid via NFC for example for the UK it is 30 pounds, for India it is 2000 INR similarly.
3. What kinds of limits are there? For example maximum expenses per day.
A. There are a few limits on the account,
- max no of transactions per day: 50
- max amount transacted:£ 3000 (After full KYC)
Again these amounts might change according to our partners in different countries.
4. Will there be any costs to “load up” my virtual card for example via PayPal?
A. Currently, the loading options that are available are
Bank transfer, Credit card, Debit card. We have not added PayPal as one of the loading options.
But if we see it as a popular request from our backers we will look into the feasibility of adding it as one of the loading option.

I have a question.. in your faq it is mentioned that musepay will expire in 3 years. So is it that after my card expires, i can't update it with another card so that i can continue using musepay or is it i will have to change the strap to use with a new card after 3 years?

1. That must have been a mistake, sorry about that. It works in Mastercard POS terminals. It has been rectified in the website too. That aside, most POS terminals accept both Mastercard and Visa.
2. The Black-Silver dial has a silver ring around the notification dial as in the watch samples. We will change it in the Youtube video too, thanks for pointing it out. It is difficult to customize that part as it is an integral part of dial manufacturing :)

I have two Questions about your watch.
1. Here on kickstarter you say MusePay only works with Mastercard, but on your website (musewearables.com/why) it say's it supports Mastercard AND Visa. What is true now?
2. Small detail: In your catalog your Grandeur Watches have a colored ring around their notification symbol. For example the Muse Grandeur Black-Silver has a silver Ring around it. Your Youtube-Video about the Grandeur Black-Silver shows a black ring (which i find way more appealing). Can i choose between this detail? If not, will the Black-Silver watch be delivered with a Black or Silver Ring around the Notification-Symbol?
