24 months of daily use and it's like the first day, it holds the charge with extreme efficiency, while in case you forgot it, it can charge for one hour with only 60 seconds on its base! HI, Could someone contact me? I don't think the kickstarter site works that well. I did not receive the survey until 5/22/2015, even though my shipping address hasn't changed, my email works fine and I get other kickstarter emails. I haven't heard anything, nor have I received my mouse. I know you guys make good products as I have two swift point mice (mouses?) already. Thanks

Just for guys who's affected by mac osx syncing issues. the osx update 10.10.3 has resolved the bluetooth issue.

Any more updates on the Fedex situation? I sent swiftpoint support the Fedex invoice (I've already paid the fee) back in mid January. Some kind of reply/update would be nice.

I just got a "1st Notice" from FedEx despite support telling me over a month ago that the issue should be resolved soon.
@Tal J Moskowitz: Using the Swiftpoint GT in Gesture mode can take a little getting used to. Try to use a very slight tilt, which you should be able to achieve with your fingers alone – no wrist rotation required. Thanks.

Any update on the FedEx situation? I have just received a hastener from them...
I get it now. Really quite simple now that you've explained it. When tilting it doesn't always "catch" - is there an adjustment to the way I'm handling it that I need to make so it scrolls every time? May just be a matter of getting the touch right.
@Tal J Moskowitz: The scroll wheel is actually provided "just in case" because it's been shown that scrolling with the touch gesture stylus is easier and faster. However, if you would like to use the scroll wheel, it's usually better to turn it with your index finger. We are working on videos that will show all of this really well, sorry for the delay. Not use I 'get' this. Index finger rests on the nose instead of on the right click and the left click is a full finger flexion while the middle finger rests in the wheel well and has to toe in or "over-converge" to grip the tread of the wheel. Video demo on the website is not playing now w an invite to come back later.
Happy with the delivery and sturdiness, not sure I'm gaining an advantage from the finger positioning.

@edwin casey, @Kelvin Yip, thanks for raising this. Apple have introduced an issue with the 10.10.1 & 10.10.2 versions of Mac OS X Yosemite which can cause difficulties pairing with Bluetooth devices, including the Swiftpoint GT. We are expecting an update from Apple that will fix this issue.
In the meantime the Swiftpoint GT will still work perfectly using the USB receiver.
@Richard Harvey: thank you for your comment. We are preparing major changes to how we ship the product to Europe and other destinations. This will be completed in a week or so. We will then explain clearly on the website what the possible customs clearance costs might be. Thanks.
Has anyone from UK or Ireland had any joy trying to sort out the Fedex charges ?
Great product but unless you can sell them in UK directly then I cannot recommend to any of my friends that they buy from you whilst there is a hidden $40+ charge for import duty plus fedex admin charges. Your website currently lists a UK price ex VAT or tax of £89 + £14 delivery it doesnt make clear there will be another £25 or more of additional charges.

pairing fail via bluetooth on my macbook pro, anyone know how to solve this problem?
@Michael Weissert: Hello Michael, Windows 7 does not support Native Touch and as such not all touch features are available. Horizontal scrolling is available in some Microsoft software, such as Microsoft Word 2013.
To get the full GT experience Windows 8 and our Gesture Technology Driver are required.

Using Windows 7. Works great on websites, but not so much with office. Cant get it to scroll sideways in excel, ppt, etc. Is there a setting I'm missing?
I used soft pads with my normal mouse in the past.
Can you recommend a hard/solid mouse pad?
