We have a global fit - the Inuit frame is manufactured of a lightweight TPU which is both extremely flexible and durable while ensuring an excellent fit for all faces and helmets. The foam technology is triple-layered to ensure airflow for preventing fogging and comfort.Last updated:
We have two shipping options:
1) Free standard delivery in 9-12 days.
2) Express 2-4 days delivery, which will be subject to an additional fee. The shipping option is to be selected in the survey sent after the campaign.
In all cases where a package is returned to us due to: missing pick-up from access-point/post office, sent to a wrong address (due to incorrect survey information), missing payment for VAT, tax or other administration fees, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping costs from the pledged amount if a refund is requested.Last updated:
Delivery time: We are working closely with our manufacturers to make sure production goes smoothly.
We have already booked production slots so we should be able to ship all pledges in December.
However, unplanned stuff can happen (like: a supplier misses deadlines due to missing tape, currier delivers to a wrong continent, or a customs officer ate a bad burrito the night before...) Yes, stuff (s***) out of our control happens sometimes.

All prices for EU- and US-customers (price on goods, delivery costs and other services) include VAT/GST. For non-EU and -non-US customers, additional costs may be incurred by your local Customs Authority. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
We ship our goods worldwide and delivery times vary from country to country, please contact our Customer Service in case you want to know estimated transit time for delivery into your country. Estimated delivery times with express within EU are 1-4 days with express and 7-12 with postal service.

All packagres are shipped with tracking. Tracking information is emailed to all backers when the order is ready to be shipped. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper.Last updated:
Yes, if you decide to return a product, without it being damaged you need to cover the shipping expenses. As soon as we receive your return, we will give you a full refund. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for any product lost during the return shipping. If your return was an international shipment (outside of Europe), please write on the shipping box and consignment note: “Returned goods, no commercial value”, to avoid any custom charge. Any addition costs related to lack of documentation such as missing invoice printouts, will be deducted from your pledge. Please contact our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the exchange invoice to print out. Any returns must be made within 30 days after delivery. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
