A bit on the crew for "Ghosts"!

Just to let you know what is going on: as you may have read, Justin Staggs is our director. He has written a wonderful and strangely beautiful script. It is very dark, but also magical. This is Justin's gift -- because he is the editor as well as the director, he seems to be able to build another atmosphere that lies between reality and the world of the video and song -- a world suffused with magic. You can see it in some of his other works on YouTube. He has a fine sense of visual detail, which calls for tough work for the production crew, but pays off in the perception possible in the video. I think this song and this director were meant to be. I can tell you it is easily the coolest video I have worked on, and perhaps the coolest I have seen! I would tell you more, but it would ruin the surprise.

Our DP -- or Director of Photography -- is TJ Schwingle. We have all worked together many times before. In fact, most of this crew has been working together and we are a well-oiled machine! Costumes and make-up will be done by Rachel Girard, her magic can be seen especially in the video we all made with Minneapolis College of Art and Design's SES Program, with the band the Melismatics, called "Your Love is a Poison." If you watch it, look at the cool costumes -- they are actually the band's own black clothes that Rachel applied masking tape to! Unbelievable! And of course, Justin's editing smoothed it all out!

Please consider helping again by spreading the word! We are a long way from our goal and time is short. This video will be costly and will probably need more than what we have asked for, so please take the time to spread the word! especially if you know a rich person who loves good rock and roll!
