Yes. Read on for detailed explanation - while only one device can be connected to AnyMote at any given moment, that device will also act as a proxy for any other devices on the same WiFi network. There's no configuration required, and it's all transparent for you.
Of course it does! As long as it's controlled through InfraRed, it works with AnyMote. We tested it with quite a few cameras, but use it almost daily with a Nikon D90. With macros in Smart IR Remote, you can even do timelapses easier!

Only with a 3rd party adapter. The PS3 is bluetooth-controlled, while AnyMote Home only works with InfraRed and Smart IR Remote adds wifi (Sonos, XBMC, etc..), but through adapters AnyMote will work too.
