I have sent multiple emails over the past few months with no response. The original mailing address was changed as I moved from that location after placing the order. There were never any responses and the package was subsequently sent to the wrong address and since lost. I never received the blanket as requested, and have not been able to speak with anyone about this ever.
I have CONTINUALLY tried to contact you. I have sent four emails over just the last four months. NO REPLY from you and I'm upset about this. What horrible customer service. I bought TWO blankets, and there has been delay after delay, no replies to emails to email@example.com and I find no phone number to call you. These blankets are a medical necessity, which I've told you about in detail in the emails. I've asked you to call me, given you my phone number and still no reply. I'm feeling Gravity Blankets is a fraudulent business. I am asking you ONCE more to contact me and resolve this immediately.
This blanket is not even twin sized.... I ordered a blanket that I thought would cover my queen sized bed. It took over three months to get it and now that I have it, I don't want the damn thing! I paid 189.00 for a piece of JUNK... I'll probably end up throwing it in the garbage!
Your customer service is worthless. I’ve sent a half dozen emails and have yet to receive a response. Thanks to you and your poor choices you are the first and last Kickstart project I’m ever backing. I am beyond disappointed.

i just sent an email to the email provided "firstname.lastname@example.org" inquiring about ship dates, i will update here if i even recieve a response. Anyone else sent an email still waiting on a reply?
Have not heard about ship date for blankets in quite some time. I am very disappointed and frustrated at this constantly behind time and slow moving project. You were very prompt in taking my money. Not so prompt in sending the blanket!
Am still waiting for a response from an email from some time ago (don't remember what date at this point) about a new address. I had no problem with the ship date being pushed back, but now that I have a new address (in a different part of the country, not just down the block) & am not getting any responses, am getting frustrated & concerned. I would like for a stranger to not end up with my blanket.
Has anyone received their blanket yet?

I want to give you a quick update on the progress of the Gravity Blanket. As I mentioned in my last update, I recently got back from a trip overseas where I spent a few weeks on the floor with our manufacturing partners to oversee the production of the blanket. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail going into each blanket. Additionally, as I mentioned in my last update, it is important that the work environment meets extremely high ethical standards and I was pleased to have confirmed this first hand.
We have been working incredibly hard to scale production up from an expected 200-500 blankets to what has become over 40,000 blankets. It's critical that this increase in this scale does not compromise the quality of the product. After witnessing the production first hand, I am happy to report that the quality will not be compromised one bit.
That being said, this commitment to quality at scale has come with an expected, yet a minor delay. At the onset of the campaign, we had estimated that the blankets would be delivered from mid-October through the end of November. Now, we are expecting that the majority of blankets will be shipped towards the end of November through December. I know this is a small difference but I wanted to be extremely transparent with you throughout this process.
We know how important it is for many of our backers to receive their blanket(s) before the Holidays. We're working day in and day out to make sure this happens. Thank you for continued patience and support!
Well,.. i was being optimistic but,.. then i got this "Message Failure" email when I emailed the email@example.com address that John had been using on previous Updates.
"Your message wasn't delivered to firstname.lastname@example.org because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again"
I know the update on Oct 17 stressed that he was overwhelmed with the volume of orders, so,... i'm remaining optimistic that John Fiorentino will deliver.

November 1 - no shipping update, no communication. Mkay.
Well, it's October 31st. Still have not received my blanket and haven't received any communication regarding the shipping of the blanket. Like so many others, I can understand if the project falls behind schedule, but there is NO excuse for failed communication! All I'm getting is... ~crickets~
How long before we have to dispute the charge for these blankets and have our credit card companies investigate? Yeah, I'm feeling more than a little pissy at this point... >:(
I have tried contacting Customer Service twice, October 18 and October 25, and I never received a response. I am moving in a week and I had questions about forwarding address or address changes. I don't want to miss out on my order!

Yes, no communication w/ this project either. Try some of these options:
1. Posting to John Fiorentino's kickstarter page https://www.kickstarter.com/profile/1620645203/comments
2. Contacting Futurism - the company stated in the FAQ as the Sales, PR & Marketing
3. Contacting Backerkit - the company that is used to tracker backers/customers for a project
4. Report the project to Kickstarter - on the bottom of the campaign page, there a "Report Project" button - click on that, then check " Post-funding Issues - The creator is not communicating and the project status is unclear."

I'm thinking this guy just scammed us out of $4.7 mil.
Like many others, I would like an update. I can be patient, but the lack of communication is a real issue.
September has passed and October is nearly over can you please offer a better idea of when we'll be getting our blankets?

Along with everyone else who has voiced their concern; I also have not received my blanket and NEVER heard back from customer service when I've emailed them multiple times. All I want I is an update of when my blanket will be shipped.
John Fiorentino if you are reading this (which you should) instead of working on your 2nd kickstarter project; you may want to actually deliver on your 1st one.
Tried customer service, no way to reach them. Any info on when we'll be getting our blankets? The ETA was Oct 2017. It's almost Nov 2017 and no...updates?

I've sent 6 emails to customer support with zero reply about changing my shipping address because i'm moving across the country late november. How can I get this resolved?

I really want my blanket... I wish I had some idea of when to expect it. Haven't had an update email in three weeks, since the very vague one on Oct 6.
No replies to emails, FB messages....just wanting to know if a refund is at all possible now that my anxiety is getting better. It’s a LOT of money when you convert to Australian Dollars...

Could we have more frequent updates. Already the middle of October and nothing. Meanwhile Amazon and a number of other companies selling weighted blankets. Why are these taking so much longer?

The direct line customer service team info as stated above doesn't work. Any news on a ship date. Poor customer service. No way to start a business
With the address change, if you don't hear from them, maybe set up mail forwarding with USPS and other carriers?
