Shadowrun Returns brings back one of our most original & cherished game settings as a 2D turn-based RPG for tablets & PC.
36,276 backers pledged $1,836,447 to help bring this project to life.

Did Someone Say "Digital-Only Reward Level"?

You did! And we heard you! And here it is!

THE ALL-DIGITAL REWARD BUNDLE

This reward bundle is completely independent of all other reward levels, does not include any previous rewards, and is not added to reward levels above.

A Digital Downloadable COPY OF THE GAME, DRM free on PC, Mac, or Linux + one totally sweet, exclusive desktop WALLPAPER for your PC, Mac, or mobile tablet + your character will start the game with a SPECIAL ABILITY only available to backers + a PDF version of the Shadowrun Returns Anthology, an ILLUSTRATED BOOK OF SHORT STORIES written for the game and edited by Jordan Weisman, the creator of Shadowrun + you will also get the IN-GAME DocWagon benefit of a fully-armed emergency ambulance or chopper to save your team of runners when the drek hits the fan + a DRM-free digital version of the GAME SOUNDTRACK.

This bundle includes no physical goods and helps with VAT, duty and shipping costs for our international backers.

But wait! There's more!

We're also adding a DRM-free digital version of the GAME SOUNDTRACK to the $60 Reward Level. If you back Shadowrun Returns at the $60 level or above, you get it!

How about those Backer T-Shirts?

Everyone backing the project at the $60 level and above will receive a Backers T-Shirt. After our Kickstarter closes, Backers will receive a survey and will vote on which of these three Shadowrun Returns everyone will receive.

We'll update our FAQ again as soon as possible! Check back soon.

Thanks for everything!

Yeah Shirt #3 is the one to go... it's a no brainer ^^

    2. Creator tyler hunt on April 26, 2012

      Shirt #3 is MINT!

    3. Creator Michael Pointer on April 26, 2012

Another option is a Wage Slave polo shirt that looks similar to an IT certification shirt with a Mage logo on the left side and have the Corporate logo and name like Aztechnology on the left sleeve.

    4. Creator Michael Pointer on April 26, 2012

Perhaps a Shadowland shirt with small font text all of the back with a Shadowland emblem on the front left or maybe the left sleeve?

    5. Creator REkz kaRZ on April 26, 2012

Shirts are awesome. I want the middle one, but without the strange bunny-thing on the back.

*STRONG SUGGESTION* -- continue making the shirts + make other shirts + have them available 'on-demand' (through cafe press or similar). Keep it going'!

Any possibilities of having the undernet / shadowrun BBS thingie? Maybe just as a website, or some kind of animation which hooks into the game? Or whatever...?

    6. Creator William Hochella on April 25, 2012

That's disappointing :( Maybe I'll have someone I can give mine to...

    7. Creator Will Oprisko on April 25, 2012

HBS clarified this concern in the FAQ: "What sizes do the t-shirts come in?"
We recognize that one size doesn't fit all, so our Backer t-shirts will be available in M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL.

    8. Creator Julia Gosztyla Ziobro on April 25, 2012

Three, two, one are my order for favorites. Will we/should we up our pledges at all for XXL? Hubby needs that size and he would be so bummed to get a shirt he couldn't wear. :-(

    9. Creator Zachariah Shuman on April 24, 2012

Visa, it's the Harebrained Schemes logo.

    10. Creator Visa | Tormented Dreamgoat of Eternity on April 24, 2012

Since the images are kinda small, I have to ask. What does the back of #2 say exactly? Not that I won't find out eventually. Just upped my pledge to get all of these shirts.

    11. Creator Jason Gardner on April 24, 2012

      Concur, 3 > 2 > 1. All great designs, though!

    12. Creator Brian on April 24, 2012

      Like the bulk of people, I'd rate them 3 > 2 >>>>> 1

    13. Creator Scott on April 24, 2012

Jordan, if shirt #3 doesn't win the vote for the Backer reward, I strongly encourage you to make it a generally-available product. There's nothing about it that's specific to the Kickstarter campaign, and it's far and away the coolest Shadowrun graphic design I've ever seen.

    14. Creator Tony Brook on April 24, 2012

As much as I love the classic designs, #3 is awesome, and where my vote is going. I will pay extra to get it in my side if I need to.

    15. Creator Ross Levine on April 24, 2012

Also for shirts, yes I agree with a bulk of the others in that, #3 seems like the best, closely followed by #2, and then #1 bringing up the rear.

    16. Creator Céline .S. Sauvé on April 24, 2012

@Matt Seidl Thanks for the info :)

    17. Creator Alex Pritchard on April 24, 2012

      #2, for classic style.

    18. Creator Kim Holt on April 24, 2012

Gonna have to say #3 as well...

    19. Creator Shane Tapp on April 24, 2012

      #3 is sweet

    20. Creator Ian v on April 24, 2012

      #3 all the way.

    21. Creator Tristan on April 24, 2012

      #3's my pick

    22. Creator Benjamin Wenham on April 24, 2012

      I really like 1 personally

    23. Creator Alex Clark on April 24, 2012

Shirt 3 - cool' classy' not too much explaining to do to your mother in law...

    24. Creator Nemoperson on April 24, 2012

Another vote for 2 with the back of 3 on it. I don't like the backer bit on the logo either :-/

    25. Creator INMATEofARKHAM on April 24, 2012

Front 2 back of 3. Or just shirt 2.

    26. Creator Drew Bannister on April 24, 2012

      //Prefer X-fat size! :D

    27. Creator Drew Bannister on April 24, 2012

voteLoop(mine);//Prefer #2. #1 is too loud and #3 is too hipsterrific. #2 please!

    28. Creator Dallas Matthews on April 24, 2012

Prefer #2 front with #3 back.

    29. Creator Arnd Felten on April 24, 2012

I like the grey shirt (rightmost one) the best as well. It's clean, snazzy, and I could imagine wearing it not only at the store. That said, a small line like "Shadowrun Returns" beneath the rear image would be even better.

    30. Creator Brian Miller on April 23, 2012

Paul, you should have it to lucky... I'd love to add another $45 to my $15 pledge, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to wear the t-shirt. I've been asking about shirt sizes for the last several days but I can't seem to get a response!!

    31. Creator William Hochella on April 23, 2012

I like the cleaner style of the rightmost the best, but with "Shadowrun Returns" added to at least one side.

    32. Creator Paul Smith on April 23, 2012

All three of the shirts look awesome (especially the rightmost one), but i cant convince myself to add another $45 to my pledge just for a $15 t-shirt

    33. Creator Vincent Rodriguez on April 23, 2012

Shirt #2 front with #3 front on #2 back! :-D

    34. Creator Amos Batts on April 23, 2012

Shirt #2 front is the way to go. Advertisement is key. People need to know the Shadowrun name and the other front images do not give that away.

    35. Creator Noe Ridgway on April 23, 2012

Amos - but with the 3rd shirt, people would just ask. I mean, if *I* saw that cool of a shirt and didn't know what it was from, I'd ask. Just sayin'.

    36. Creator bluemi on April 23, 2012

Hi Shadowrun team. Can we get the #3 shirt logos as background pictures? The neon blue is awesome !

    37. Creator Mike Arcuri on April 23, 2012

Love the blue and grey. When it comes to wearables, I like iconic rather than boldly branded.

    38. Creator Amos Batts on April 23, 2012

I prefer the middle shirt. Get the Shadowrun name out there. There are too many ignorant masses who have not yet learned of Shadowrun and we were all among them before our intervention.

    39. Creator Ross Levine on April 23, 2012

What will happen if you end just shy of 1.5? Will you still be able to do the bridge storyline? Will you do it but maybe on a budget (I meant heck, it feels like the cost of doing that was a sizeable chunk of the original cost of the whole game so you feasibly could).

    40. Creator Matt Seidl on April 23, 2012

@Céline: Right, those are the two differences. People were concerned that the soundtrack and Doc Wagon were only available as physical benefits. Think of it as a digital collector's edition.

    41. Creator Gregory Frank on April 23, 2012

      I love the first one.

    42. Creator Céline .S. Sauvé on April 23, 2012

I'm confused about the difference between the $30 and $50 (other than the soundtrack and DocWagon).
Or is that the difference? the $15 and $30 levels were already digital only, from what I can see?
(Sent a message to the creator, but with this big a group, I doubt it will be spotted in the mire:p)

    43. Creator David Gottschalk on April 23, 2012

I am all for the 5xl range too, i am a 3xl myself and fatty wants a t-shirt!

    44. Creator Ethan & Shiv on April 23, 2012

Bummed you guys didn't use Cathy's awesome logo update instead of the old version. Still one of my prize t-shirts. :P

    45. Creator Rachel Webster on April 23, 2012

you should do the middle one but in grey.

    46. Creator Joe Thater on April 23, 2012

I second William Graft's statement but for the 5xl range. Some of us are very fat bastard backers.
