Post Campaign Update #1

Hi again,

We'll be sending updates at least every Friday.

First thanks to those who go back to me on if you heard about us someplace other than kickstarter, and if I missed asking you, did you find out about us other than kickstarter if you did hear bout us from someplace else? :)

Anyway, right now we're just getting the ball rolling. Melissa has chained herself to her drawing board and we've staarted going over things with the web designer we'll be working with (a fellow 'My Cage' fan :) ). So we should have more stuff to show you, and a place to show it, very shortly.

Updates to follow.

I hope this finds you all well.

Thanks again,

I'm another My Cage fan. I hope Santa vs Dracula is a huge smash.

    2. Creator James Lahue on December 3, 2011

I too am a long-time MyCage fan. I remember seeing early SvsD art on one of your web sites before MyCage was cancelled. I either saw the kickstarter into either on the MyCage page at gocomics or Comics Curmudgeon site.

    3. Creator Jon Freestone on December 3, 2011

I am a My Cage fan, from before you started doing reruns at So I remember when you used the Santa vs Dracula as one of Norm's story ideas.

    4. Creator h e williams on December 3, 2011

I subscribe to go comics and saw some of your snippets following the My Cage reruns which caught my curiosity. I followed links to Kickstarter and thought you and Mel could use support. I like to support starving artists

    5. Creator Kirsten on December 3, 2011

I heard about it over on Sandra and Woo

    6. Creator George Harris on December 3, 2011

I heard about you 'cause I'm reading the 'My Cage' reruns over on Sorry I didn't find out about that until it was over, but glad I'm getting a chance to read it & support another project from y'all!

    7. Creator Baka Gaijin on December 2, 2011

I saw this on the Comics Curmudgeon.

    8. Creator Joshua Knoll on December 2, 2011

I heard about it from the webcomic Sandra and Woo.

    9. Creator R. Alan Bryan on December 2, 2011

I saw this on Facebook or COMICS CURMUDGEON....Either way I had to be a backer.

    10. Creator Darryl Heine on December 2, 2011

James: Frank and Steinway? Don't you mean Frank and Ernest?

    11. Creator James Jackoviak on December 2, 2011

I want to saw it was through goComics (a comment on either "y Cage" or "Frank & Steinway"). Although, it could have been one of your tweets as well.

    12. Creator Fateh Khalsa on December 2, 2011

Got an email from Novil @ Sandra & Woo. He sent out two I believe, one letting people know about the project earlier on, and another near the end encouraging people to pledge when it was getting close. Definitely give him a cool unique drawing or something :)

    13. Creator Rob Ritchie on December 2, 2011

I read about you at The Comics Curmudgeon
