FUBAR and 215 INK joining forces with LIBER DISTRO need your help to bring free Indie comics to shops on FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2012.
We need your help getting our free comics into shops all across the country on Free Comic Book Day this year!
Hi my name is Jeff McComsey and I am editor in chief of the World War II zombie anthology: FUBAR. We’re teaming up with fellow Independent publisher 215 ink to bring you free comics via the brand new indie comic distributor: Liber.Free comic book day is an annual event, held on the first Saturday in May where just about every major comic book company distributes a few titles for free to comic shops all across the country. The idea is to bring in new fans and get old fans back in on what ends up being one of the busiest days of the year for comic shops.
It’s just about nigh impossible for indie guys like ourselves to participate in this nationwide event but with your help we think we’ve got a shot.
We’ve devised a way to double up our books so that once printed they can be cut down and one book becomes 2 mini comics chock full of Indie pulp fiction.
