Today I made a road trip.
A google search lead me to find that there was a graveyard near me (relatively) that had a grave in it with the exact same name as I. This chance to play my own game, for real, could not be passed up, and me and some friends went on a road trip.
We arrived about when the sun was setting, of course, and found the graveard to be quite a beautiful place. It of course gradually changed from beautiful to creepy as the sun disappeared, but still was very nice.
We saw a lot of interesting graves but despite intensive searching failed to find the grave of my kindred and sadly departed spirit. If the office had been open they probably could have lead us right there, but it was the weekend and fairly late.
Still, I decided that assuming the graveyard itself is okay with it, if the project is successful, all the backers will be invited to a picnic type deal at this graveyard. You know, celebration picnic in a graveyard!
What could be a better way to kick off the success of a game about graveyards?!
Nothing. Except maybe buying a gravestone somewhere in memory of the game itself. Though that would be expensive.
