That's what I backed. I'm in the U.K. So the entire bloody population of the United States can see the investigation without having contributed anything and I'm stuck with nothing! Guess I'm not going to "...be the first to see the investigation". This is the most deceitful Kickstarter campaign I have ever had the displeasure of being involved in.

Give me my stuff. Even if you blew all of the money, and can't afford to get the physical stuff made, you could have at least given us the promised digital rewards.
And if you can't even do that, then at least be honest and apologize to the people who backed you and tell us that we're not getting anything. For someone who doesn't even have time to do that, you sure are busy posting on twitter @chrishansen
Just adding mine to the long list of complaints about not receiving the digital rewards I signed up for. I'm glad they were able to make the show and put some bad guys behind bars (I'm just guessing, because I haven't actually been able to watch any of it), but this was truly a terribly unorganized Kickstarter campaign and I would never consider backing anything else by Chris Hansen again.
When are we receiving the next Email Update? I think we've all been more than patient and there hasn't been very good communication from the campaign to it's backers. Every month I hear about how our rewards are "going to be shipped out soon"? Please be honest with us. We've been more than patient.

If I knew that was going to happen I wouldn't had bothered. Either give us what we signed up for or refund us because I felt like I've been raped by a predator.
I will 2nd what William said. Loved the first segment, and I'm happy that it's been made......BUT............there was a huge misstep with this campaign. What did I give you money for? This is unacceptable.

So as a backer i am not able to see the show and people who dont pay a penny will see it before me ....... someone please wake me up.
I paid to this campaign to be able to see it first digitally. Huge slap in the face to me and everyone else here. Not everyone has access to this Crime Daily channel. Fulfill what we were told, we should have a link to access to all the episodes. Or something of that nature. How can you just ignore everyone that put hard earned money in good faith towards the show. Really terrible job so far.

No dailies, no behind the scenes or special content, and worst of all - we haven't gotten to see the new investigation! It airs in 3 days and none of the backers have gotten early access. And as a real slap in the face, we get a 55 second clip that's supposedly private and we're not supposed to share it, yet it's on CW's website?
Still no physical rewards have gone out either. You guys have seriously dropped the ball on this.

Now I'm told I basically get none of it because I'm not in the US. It's too late to get the daily updates considering you were incognito for about a year. This is the worst managed project I've ever seen.
But what about us outside of the US who backed? How are we able to watch Hanson VS Predator with it being aired on a US channel? We in the UK don't have access to this.
